The more I learn about Karl the more I''m becoming convinced that speedrunning is a form of goonery to him and that his 0:52 Dam was the culmination of a years long edging session, just watch the MATI segment when he gets his record as soon as he sees that 0:52 time he starts nutting and crying at the same time

If he were truly just not making the video because his lawyer told him not to, and he actually listened to this time, then you would think he would at least tell everyone that on his community page that feels lied to and/or ripped off because they donated money to a blatantly misleading campaign.

But he's too busy in his Discord to do that. He's too busy to give some sort of update to the multiple thousands of people on his community page that are left in the dark on this situation. They are instead just left with a now week old message saying he's going to tell them in a video, and to not listen to their lying ears and eyes.

The only situation where Karl even remotely comes off as some kind of normal functioning person is when he has control of the narrative, basically before the judgment. Now that he doesn't have that anymore, everyone can clearly see him for the absolute barely-functioning idiot he is.

He wanted to hide the truth and he thought he got away with it. He is probably watching his own videos now and having anxiety attacks because even he can see how he was misleading. I don't think he had a contingency plan in case he lost. Hubris destroyed him. He would have to use such twisted and deceptive rhetoric, as he did in his video about Billy's 'American values', that it would be impossible for him to finish in a week. He is currently writing a deranged version of Good Old Neon, but with none of the talent, distance or acumen of Wallace.

The worthwhile parts were Karl's witness testimony, where he cried, and possibly the closing statements. Billy and his sons testimony are kinda interesting just to get their timeline of the lawsuit. The rest is just Karl relitigating the cheating for his own shitty defense.

ersatz_catz also played a role by initially "confirming" to Karl that Apollo had to pay Billy so he's somewhat responsible in a sense.

But that's kind of funny a fan who constantly sucked Karl off while having a hate boner for Billy is who helped lead Karl to fuck himself over. It's been mentioned in the lawsuit thread but Billy's plot armor of making his enemies so pissed off they go full retard mode and fuck themselves over is amazing. I'm really curious what Karl will say in this upcoming video he claims will explain everything, everyone at this point knows about his embarrassing discord messages, cope, double down, etc. what can he even say at this point? I know he's definitely not going to own up and apologize. He's a youtuber and he just scammed his fans.

So he has to be in the lead for cow of the year now. I had no idea he even existed until he lost this massive lawsuit, of course I knew about Billy from the king of Kong and he's a goof but this Karl guy is hilarious. With the pickup artist grifting, his plain Asian wife, his kids name, his hatred of his parents, his large pornography collection, and of course losing close to a million Australian dollars. Rekieta, and Ralph are really going to have to up their game to top losing that much money.

Choosing these two specific videos to showcase his YouTube has to be intentional. There's no way this just randomly happened. Especially given the age of both of them.
