She admitted to having kidney disease. She mentioned having UTI symptoms but thinks it might be kidney disease symptoms instead. "I don't know if my kidneys are, just like, already, like, having an effect..." then she trailed off.
"I'm diabetic now. I have issues with my kidneys." (1:40+ in that clip)
The dizziness she mentioned (that she said scared her) could be coming from failing kidneys. Same with the nausea and shortness of breath. She said her eyesight got suddenly blurry and she had to hold onto the wall to keep from falling over.
She says she woke up with a 9.2 mmol blood sugar (fasting) and that number is actually good for her. That's 165 mg/dl and it's horrible for waking/fasting blood glucose.
She said she's "going back to the drawing board" to "come up with a plan" for eating to her diabetes guidelines. Sure, Chins. We'll wait right here while you do that. Bet you still won't go to that diabetes education class.
