A person with a fun, friendly, sparkling personality can pull off stuff like that without being totally cringe. Many of us have probably had a friend or two like that: goofy, but such a nice person that you forgive their wackiness.

Greer has no ability to see himself as the rest of the world sees him. He believes that if only he can overcome the issues of exposure, he'll win over the hearts and minds of everybody.
This was why he was so obsessed with getting onto America's Got Talent, and why he was suing Arianna Grande and Taylor Swift. There were gatekeepers preventing him from getting access to those people, and if he could only get past the gatekeepers, surely these women who are global mega stars, desired by millions of men the world over, would see past his mobius mouth and be only too happy to suck him his penis.
I think he sees Kiwifarms as serving a similar function. By allowing women to Google his name and pull up a detailed accounting of Russell's history of stalking and abusing the women who had the misfortune to fall into his obsessive gaze, he sees us as a major obstacle to getting him his penis sucked. We don't really go in for formal 'dances' in the way that the US does, but from watching YouTube videos I can recognize some of his moves as formal dances -- the Running Man, the Wiggly Worm, etc. I'm betting, when he was younger, he put quite a lot of effort into self-improvement a la Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnigie, Charles Atlas, etc.
"She don't like nice guys' is a reflection of the bitter realization that it doesn't matter how much effort he ploughed into self improvement, the only way he was EVER getting him his penis sucked is if he paid some desperate floozy thousands of dollars to tolerate his reprehensible presence.

Because in his mind, he isn't embarrassing himself. He is winning people over with his schweet dance moves and winning personality. He's a dancing monkey with a broken brain, incapable of understanding that his behavior is seen as weird and creepy by normal people.
