Bleach is extremely not good for your skin. The mucus in your digestive tract likely shields you a little bit, but it's going to cause damage in any significant amount.

The sodium hypochlorite (the bleach part) in bleach is oxidative which is corrosive. You do not want to corrode your flesh.

More so, most bleach preparations are stabilised with lye which is itself a caustic irritant as it defats your skin. I used to work with industrial preparations of bleach for decontaminating things, if you get it on your skin you can literally feel it defatting your skin and then saponifying the oils - it makes soap out of your skin, it's fucking gross. Most household bleach is not quite this bad but you shouldn't fuck around with it.

Tide pods probably aren't as bad but almost certainly contain some sort of caustic irritant.

I'm pretty sure there's some weird alt-medicine grift that involves pretty much just drinking dilute bleach + bleach enemas to cure autism.
