Dude how would we even execute due process for these illegals? There's at least 20 million of them, frankly its probably about 40-50 million. They would all need public defenders. Seriously, do the math on this.
One of the law kiwis can correct me on this but due process doesn't always mean a multi-week jury trial. I had a business law professor that hammered it into my head that "DUE PROCESS IS THE PROCESS DUE," and sometimes the process due is someone rubber stamping some papers.

On one hand, these people scream that being an illegal immigrant isn't a crime and the government should deal with it in civil court. On the other hand, they demand every deportee be given a full criminal trial at the taxpayer's expense. "They" aren't serious people.

Fatpacks is Cramer but for politics. Always has been.

I just can't be fucked at this point. If you don't have a green card by now, you were not one of the smart fence hoppers. You did not grind hard enough. Go back home.
“Grinding hard enough” would mean we never found out about it. As long as they live, it doesn’t even matter, they stole the spot they’re in. I’m more worried about the person going through the full ass legal process and showing respect to the country they want to live in.

Imagine if you had a daughter, and she was dating a guy who wouldn’t come in, wouldn’t introduce himself.. she swears up and down everything about him is great. You’re probably RIGHTLY going to think she doesn’t know what she’s talking about, and should date someone who can look you in the eye and shake your hand

The process due is getting shoved into a van and onto a plane to your home country. The cost of jet fuel alone is a burden on the tax payer.

It was the Citizens United case that allowed unlimited anonymous political contributions.
That's just a lie.

Just read, or listen to the case.

It means 'the process you are due' according to SCOTUS, and depends on the exact statutory, and constitutional circumstances.
Obama deciding to put people on a kill list, was ruled to be all the process they were entitled to.

Nobody grants rights in the US, SCOTUS applied the normal rules. In point of fact, the group Citizens United had actually attempted to enforce the law on Democrats, lost, then did the exact same thing the Democrats did. As they were Republicans, the government attempted to enforce the same law they just got done saying didn't apply.
Citizens United has been a disastrous ruling. That's how USAID money and billions more sent to non-profits have been secretly funneled to political campaigns and causes - legally. Every dollar donated to a politician should have a name attached to it. You can donate as much as you want but it should be public knowledge.

I mean I'm not really making a argument for or against. I'm just saying if they didn’t snag a green card when they were on a fire sale, they were sub 30IQ gorilla niggers. They all should go back, but sorting through green card holders is another mess entirely.

It literally, explicitly, says the exact opposite of what you're blaming it for.

As a fan of the show 90 day fiancé, I have a bit of respect for the gorgeous, very obviously homosexual Middle Eastern men who love scam frumpy middle-aged American librarians for green cards in order to escape being tossed off a roof. & unlike the Ivy League pro-Hamas protestors the Trump administration has been trying to deport, these Muslim men actually appreciate America & don't want the United States to become a Sharia-law goatfukistan/openly talk shit about their backwards home countries. (Seriously though, like 90% of couples featured on that show are circuit queen flaming Muslim men pretending to be in love with ugly fat American women who are too retarded to realize said man is gay. It's fucking hilarious).

Yeah I get you. I’m saying that my judgment on it is crossing into the country illegally is a big deal, and even if nothing more than international turnstile jumping, it’s a horrible mark on a person’s character and tends to indicate shitty civic mindedness

It seems like a judge confirming you're an illegal immigrant and a member of a group that's been designated a foreign terror group would be a circumstance that leans in Trump's favor.
Under current US Federal law, immigration judges are members of the Executive Branch, and can be fired at will by the President.
Reviews are like 5 minutes.

How? The ruling states that political contributions are speech and corporations enjoy First Amendment protection under the Constitution. That's the whole case.

Since corporations can be structured anonymously that's how you have "Good Guys, LLC" bribing the hell out of politicians to get them elected and we can't find out who they are or what interests they represent.

... I'm so glad I don't watch TLC lol. You do you, but that sounds like hustling on a galactic scale.

Well yeah. It is. Even if they make themselves legal, they're still niggers

HHS just canceled over 2 billion dollars in Grants to Harvard.

Joint Task Force Statement Regarding Harvard University

Harvard’s statement today reinforces the troubling entitlement mindset that is endemic in our nation's most prestigious universities and colleges – that federal investment does not come with the responsibility to uphold civil rights laws.

The disruption of learning that has plagued campuses in recent years is unacceptable. The harassment of Jewish students is intolerable. It is time for elite universities to take the problem seriously and commit to meaningful change if they wish to continue receiving taxpayer support.

The Joint Task Force to combat anti-Semitism is announcing a freeze on $2.2 billion in multi-year grants and $60M in multi-year contract value to Harvard University.

Whoever told you that is either illiterate, or a liar.
