You know how Americans will do the "say [x] word" test to Europeans when they say they have free speech?

Say a slur 4 times in your post. Or post something that the jannies don't like. Hell, some homestuck weirdo just explained their own personal experience with shadowbans. 4chan jannies are known for their awful moderation. The site has, in Moot's own words, never been about free speech. Is it more lax? Sure. But unlike other sites, its subject to the unknown whims of jannies who WILL get offended if you make fun of their favorite vtuber. Criticism is NOT allowed. All decisions are made outside of public view and you will be subject to rules you don't know about.

I'm fully convinced anyone who has anything less than abject hate towards the 4chan moderation team does not actually use 4chan. Everyone I talk to, no matter the board, has their own stories about retarded overzealous mods and jannies killing their board.

I personally witnessed new people come in and want to do something about the nigger dick and tranny porn spam on boards like /gif/ and /b/ only for the mods to say no because akshually its technically not breaking and roolz.
