Can't possibly. They pay almost 20k/yr just in property taxes, the home insurance almost certainly went up over the last few years, I'm sure their solar panels help but their array doesn't look big enough to be providing all their juice, so they're contending with the exploding price of electricity in the state... just the carrying costs of the house, not the mortgage itself, must be ~3k/mo. The mortgage, even assuming a VERY generous initial gift from their family and the lowest rate for March/April 2022, has to be at least twice that- if they didn't get a gift that'd buy a house anywhere else, probably closer to 3x. So all the money's already spoken for just paying for the house. No budget for Doordash, weed, or Disney at all. The monthly non-negotiable expenses would be a little daunting if all THREE of them brought home $8000/mo, to me- half the income going just to the house. Once you're making appropriate retirement contributions and factoring in the cost of a kid and multiple pets (vet care is VERY expensive in California), the budget already doesn't look very favorable for the kind of hedonism Becky's come to expect.
I checked historical rates and went with 4% as a guess, but it's hard to say, since we don't know how long their rate lock was and etc. Could be as low as 3.55%, they could (probably did) have gotten a significant cash gift from Jackson's family, but it really doesn't matter that much- there isn't ANY way you slice the numbers where this is a viable situation on one $150k salary. The house last sold for 10x the current household income- thinking about spending 10x my household income on a house (even at 3%) gives me hives.
Yeah, Becky has always counted on Jackson's trust fund & eventual inheritance being available to her. There's also the money she'll inherit from Mami & Papi, plus any other relatives.

The hope is that he was smart enough to structure his estate in a manner which limits the extent to which Becky could benefit from Jackson's inheritance and that his mother does the same. While Becky will inherit from her own family at some point, she is reckless with money and is likely to squander whatever she inherits.

Between the fact that Becky got herself knocked up with some other dude's jizz, and Jackson spent the majority of the past months gooning on Fetlife in lieu of job searching or baby care, it's possible that he's only sticking around because he wants to keep up appearances of a "respectable" life. Once the Gerber inheritance passes down to him, he'll most likely run off with whatever hot young things he found on Fetlife that will put on a blue wig and let him whip them for their new Sugar Daddy.
If Jackson was actually retarded enough to be listed on the birth certificate as a third parent pretty sure he'll be on the hook for child support whether he likes it or not.
