I actually disagree that Jackson will leave Becky. I think he’s completely enmeshed with her.
He's very much going the battered wife syndrome route. As entirely cucked as he been by this manifestation of mental illness, I would think seeing just how little she thinks of him would have been eye opening. He's just there for reassurance and to be the mouthpiece when she 'goes non-verbal'. She has wormed through him so thoroughly that he's mostly a meat puppet, but she's going scorched Earth over Daniel and while Becca is saying that even Jackson is starting to stand up to her, you have to consider the narrator, she's more than happy to lie and hurt everyone to get a sliver of sympathy. Those tweets about taking the baby and fleeing to Mami and Papi made no mention of her oldest, most buckbroken cuck.

The difference maker would be if he somehow lucked into another source of pussy. He would need to meet a woman who wanted to have him full time and didn't treat him like a toilet. At his age and market value it's unlikely, but stranger things have happened.

Sharing with the class

Per Google AI, a staff attorney at Dykema makes between 135-150k per year. He probably brings home around $8000 a month after CA taxes, similar to Daniel.

He's fully remote, according to Becky.

Good for Jackson. Managed to get another law job, and it's even been a whole week since he's "liked" anything on Fetlife.

I kinda wonder if he got one of his rich, influential family members to call in a favor. There's a "Stan Gerber" congratulating him in the comments:

I found the job listing quite easily.

Insane he can get a midlaw job in LA with his shaky resume and his shit-tier law degree. This should go to a Pepperdine or Loyola or, fuck, even a Chapman grad. He went to a school currently ranked 168 and has a very, very, very shitty median LSAT. The schools I mentioned are ranked 40ish, 70ish and 100 based on new rankings and have LSATs averages about 10 pts higher.

lol

@Umaibae Jackson's family has connections. It's the only reason he's been employable thusfar and it's likely how this job became his.

He's probably really jazzed when Becky finds other people to bother and happily retreats to his gooncave and thinks of a better life he could have lived. Daniel is probably one of the unironically best things to ever happen to Jackson's life.

Good news, Beckkers you can make the dream your reality:

Caveat- any decent IOP is going to require a safety and substance use contract, so no cutting, no shooting up, and no getting baked to hell and back. At least while you're in treatment.

You guys suggesting that Jackson might ever leave are forgetting that he has a literal cuckoldry fetish. He's posted (on FetLife, thank God) about how hearing Becky being "railed in the next room" is the "hottest thing ever." Sure, maybe he's just lying/coping, but having a kink for watching Becky fuck other people would make a lot of sense.

@Larry David's Opera Cape I think she's insinuating she no longer has health insurance or that they couldn't afford the (probably substantial) copay. She was likely on Daniel's insurance, and he probably cut her off, keeping (hopefully) only Hah-nuh insured until Jack's benefits kick in (a month or more, if experience teaches me anything).

What do you guys think actually happened wrt Daniel allegedly saying he doesn’t like how Sam disrespects Becky? I remember they butted heads about the fire pit when SAD moved in and Becky is usually posting about how abusive Sam is.

It took until Hah-nuh was 15 months old for Becky to feel "comfortable" doing basic care tasks for her child.

We suspected this, and she fully admits it. I'm guessing this is part of her whole "I'm disabled" LARP that she will be leaning into even more in the next months as she paints Daniel as an "ableist" in ever possible situation.

Interestingly, it seems like she got real comfy, real fast in the past few weeks when Daniel said "lol no more."

Question for psych kiwis: Does something like IOP even do anything for people with borderline or is it just more delicious attention?

How would that even work with faux polygamy? Will the benefits coordinator let him change his plan in the middle of the year without a birth certificate, death certificate, or divorce decree?

There are specific DBT programs that probably work as well as anything on earth possibly could. Which isn't to say it's a sure thing, and it would definitely work a lot better if she had some tiny crumb of insight, but it's worth a shot. The standard ones- more dubious, but at least it would get her out of the house for 7 hours per day and keep her off Twitter.

It's a good question, but I mean, divorce/separation is a qualifying event to change a health insurance plan outside of the enrollment window (absolute gibberish to anyone outside the US, but basically, we only can pick our health insurance once a year generally, unless something "qualifying" happens like birth, death, divorce, someone getting other insurance). If his employer allowed a Domestic Partner on his health insurance, then breaking up is surely a qualifying event.

That might be the only "real" finality to any of this - him kicking her off his plan. They can't get divorced, but Daniel can signal his seriousness by cutting off her bespoke and expensive "treatment."

I wonder what kind of proof they require- otherwise people could just claim to break up or hook up whenever they wanted to switch plans and save a buck or two.

I'd think proof of some kind of physical separation (leases for new residences, for instance) would probably be a minimum.

Who knows, maybe they let shacker uppers get away with insurance plan murder.

Between the fact that Becky got herself knocked up with some other dude's jizz, and Jackson spent the majority of the past months gooning on Fetlife in lieu of job searching or baby care, it's possible that he's only sticking around because he wants to keep up appearances of a "respectable" life.
I mean, I think that boat has long since sailed. A divorced man is far more respectable than Cuckson’s position. “This is my wife. This grubby pile of dandruff is my wife’s boyfriend. That fat guy is my wife’s second husband. Well, ex-husband. Well, they were never officially married. He’s also the father of that deformed baby. Yes, my wife is the mother, despite appearances.”

I think at this point he’s been with her basically his entire adult life, he’s just been worn down.
It took until Hah-nuh was 15 months old for Becky to feel "comfortable" doing basic care tasks for her child.

I hate it when people are like, “I can’t do basic adult shit, AND THAT’S OKAY.” No it fucking isn’t. If you can’t look after a baby, you shouldn’t have one. This is not a game. It’s a vulnerable human who needs you.

100%. Most people posting that sort of thing are talking about being bad at stuff they do anyway because they enjoy it- "I eventually accidentally kill all my houseplants, but I'm getting better and enjoy having them" or "I'm not a very good cook but progress is progress", not "I'm too profoundly fucking lazy to figure out how to care for the baby I spent tens of thousands of dollars to have science plant in my fetus abattoir against the better judgment of God".

Naturally, human nightmares like Becky, having no frame of reference for what it's like to be an ordinary human being, take what's meant to be a mildly sheepish "oh well, you can't be good at everything" and use it to excuse themselves from any sense of agency in their own lives.

What do you guys think actually happened wrt Daniel allegedly saying he doesn’t like how Sam disrespects Becky? I remember they butted heads about the fire pit when SAD moved in and Becky is usually posting about how abusive Sam is.

My guess is that this one is straight up truth.

Sam probably does say disrespectful stuff to Becky because he's a pretentious manchild know-it-all, and Becky enjoys provoking that confrontation and then using it as asspat bait on social media. And Daniel is probably genuinely annoyed by it.

In fact, I would further guess that Sam annoys Daniel thoroughly in general, and was a partial catalyst for the current situation. Once Daniel realized that Becky was set on bringing much younger, much more annoying losers into his house to act like entitled little shits, all while Becky ignores the daughter she made such a big deal about having, Daniel had the Arrested Development "I've made a huge mistake" moment and started looking more seriously at his options.

Separate topic, but related to Becky's fetishism: one avenue we haven't explored much is how much of Becky's social media is her actual thoughts & feelings vs her roleplaying for her weird deviant fetishes, or how blurred that line is. It's not something we'll probably get a solid answer on, but it's something I've considered for a while following this thread.

Could you elaborate more of what your thoughts are on this?
