Mismanagement on individual level is sorta likely, on a mass level, tentatively possible but very unlikely. Imo, the one thing is that there is literally no evidence, just mere speculation
I think the one thing that is probably happening is just people trying to find out if its going to be something for the long run or if they want to pursue their personal lives full time again. Hololive as a whole and the modern Vtubing industry as we know it was a very sudden and explosive success that was assisted by wordly events like the pandemic

Now I'm sure that Cover has graduating talents sign NDAs (and Rushia/Nazuna playing dumb about her past life in-character is probably based on that), but the fact that even the terminated talent aren't raging about how cruel the company is makes me think that things are "alright."

There's a stark difference between a company going in a direction some older employees aren't digging and a proper black company (at least I don't think Cover's bullied any of their talents into trying to play neckrope).

As for other potential EN departures, yeah I doubt any more from Myth/EN anytime soon. Mori and Kiara's respective dream jobs (music and idol) are far too closely intertwined with their Hololive personas. To leave now would probably mean giving up on their dreams entirely, which just isn't going to happen unless something is going horrifically wrong internally. Meanwhile Gura could just go back to Senzawa if she really wants and keep on trucking almost like nothing happened just like Fauna/Nimi

Maaaaybe Ina would be next if anyone, but she's just vibing and doing her own thing, she doesn't seem to have a complaint in the world from what I've seen, tho admittedly she's probably the EN holo I watch the least.
