Now I'm sure that Cover has graduating talents sign NDAs (and Rushia/Nazuna playing dumb about her past life in-character is probably based on that), but the fact that even the terminated talent aren't raging about how cruel the company is makes me think that things are "alright."

My feelings on that are basically just that Cover and Anycolor are both just as likely to be litigious with their talents and we know Anycolor does have some restrictions on what their ex talents can say after leaving, Sayu has talked about tiptoing around some legal stuff with what she's talked about, as well as Kyo/Quinn when he was talking about the Aster situation he had said he was being vague "because I'm not trying to get sued or anything"

But the Niji talents still all talked, albeit vaguely, and if things were dire over at holo I'd have expected the same of ex holos. Both companies seem to keep some sort of legal lid on talking freely upon departing, but only one is having people talk about it like some PTSD war story.

An interesting way to put these 7 graduations from Aqua to Gura into perspective, the chink spergout over the Taiwan yab led to 6 talents getting "graduated" from the CN branch when the whole damn branch got axed and being a major factor in what led to Coco graduating (among her other reasons). So in terms of just numbers of talents, we're at an equivalent state of the fallout from that, except without butthurt chinks and their bots. I really hope it doesn't go further than that.

She always have wanted to leave but management basically begged her to stay because her graduation would be catastrophic to the company, hence why she stayed on a very sporadic stream basis. Her graduation know means either the management couldn't convince her anymore, or they thought that they've grown enough to absorb the loss of Gura

Ame had some pretty heavy family issues pop up in her last couple months before her affiliate announcement, iirc she had some unsavoury family members move in and she seemingly became a breadwinner for them
All Fauna had that was pretty heavy and personal was her elderly cat getting sick and dying very shortly after leaving, but that could've been something entirely coincidental and unrelated

Yeah I just don't get upset when a talent graduates after like 4 years that's a pretty good run. Gura probably stayed way past the time she wanted looking at her stream schedule. Wish her the best on her future endeavors.
