Lol if there was more in the mix of that with a company depending on how long its been going id almost be to the point of just quitting on the spot. or asap depending on circumstances.
 
My theory is that there is now a push for more sponsorship and corporate promotional collaborations which will require more time working in JP at cover's studio. In addition to spending more time in JP, this work likely lacks the more fun aspects of being an idol. Part of me wonders if the fact that the talents don't own the IPs might become more of an issue for the talent's under these conditions.

Probably a little bit of everything
 
Gura did sponsorships with Taco Bell and MLB, both of which seemed to have gotten results. I can't imagine Cover was having trouble finding companies willing to bend over backwards to work with her.

Mori's talking about how she'll never quit Hololive. If it ever gets to that point, she'd become a producer or a role behind the scenes. Cover changed her life and she can't imagine a life without it.
Never had Mori becoming the EN mama on my bingo card. She's really matured over the years and I love how much she tries to reach out to OG and new members.

Probably, given that some of Advent and Justice said that they knew what they were coming into and it matches with the issues that most of the girls talked about, i.e. focus on THE MONEY through collaborations. Add in the need for travel, and there's still people like Kiara who is fine with taking a bunch of flights over the year to go to Japan for recording.

Yea and they also say shit like they're going to an idol meeting when they have to take a piss. Somehow I doubt Cover would be ok with them talking shit about their work schedule and being forced to do stuff they didn't really want to do while still technically employed/under contract.

Mori's message about the bandaid gave me some peace, I took it as "no more graduations this year, everyone who wanted to do it already did it"

But I couldn't help but tear up a little when Mori silenced microphone to cry, VTubing is one of those things that you would like to see staying the way that they are, but nothing lasts forever.

I wonder how much of an influence Gura's impending graduation had on the others who graduated.

It's nice to hear Mori say that she plans on staying with Hololive to the end. Like other people here have said, she's found massive success with Hololive, and it's not like there's ever been any sign that she wasn't happy working with them.

Still, right now, it's nice to hear her say it.
