Would you rather be able to fly or have the perfect body?

Caveats: for the flying power you can only fly as fast as you can run and it takes the same amount of effort, levitating takes as much effort as a leisurely stroll. For the perfect body one you are granted complete control control of your muscle mass and body fat levels, no manipulating other tissues or body parts, with this power you can eat as much as you want, not work out and stay lean and muscular.

what is the relation between vertical elevation gain and effort expended? because there are some places it would be really nice to magically make the effort expended become entirely about traveling the horizontal distance and ignoring the veritcal
I'm not sure I 100% understand. But traveling horizontal and vertical takes the same amount of effort. So flying 100m up or 100m to the side takes as much effort as it would for you to run 100m.

okay, lets say i wanted to fly to the top of the hill. would the effort expenditure be the same to fly up the hill as it would to climb it on foot? or would it be the same effort as walking forward on flat ground?

Perfect body.

As it is in a way a method for staying young for longer, it saves me time, and it gives some other benefits.

The flying thing, it's never going to come up other than for maybe making money as an entertainer (if I go that slow), or to prevent me from dying if I have to jump out of a building like in 9/11, which isn't probably happening.
