Did he get so broke by the current events going on that he's just losing it? Stream is almost up to 12 hours now, and I swear everytime he's about to talk about game dev discussion or interesting game topics, he goes right back to it.

For some reason youtube is only showing the most recent 12 hours of the stream. He started around 3 AM which means he’s reaching 24 hours if they don’t end soon. Julian went to bed, woke up, and hopped right back on stream. He’s been playing Pokemon Rumble for 9 hours now. Pretty insane.

The Oneyplays channel was literally subbed to Mister Metokur when you could still see that. I wouldn't put it past them that it was also subbed to MDE before it was nuked.

Yeah, I knew they've been following each other for years at this point. Chris has made references to Sam Hyde and Fishtank in the past. At minimum, he's a fan of World Peace season 1. Probably still keeps up with his stuff though. He's also referenced Metokur in videos before if I recall correctly.

I was shocked to see him still streaming after I went to bed and woke up. But yeah standard Ding Dong fare of borderline paranoia about interacting with people, on the internet or otherwise. The guy really seems to think that everyone he talks to has some sort of ulterior motive or is trying to manipulate him. I don't know how this guy has constant viewers eating what he says up. I feel like if you just sat and watched him for hours, and genuinely absorbed what he said you'd come out with depression or something. The dude is just a total fucking downer everytime he streams, he is impossible to watch.

It was during one of the elden ring live streams I believe. That same stream Cory also mentioned he was at one point going to do an animation for MDE but it never took off because Sam said they wouldn't be able to pay him.

Isolation does crazy shit to people. The guys on OneyPlays hang out together, socialize with different people, go out hiking, go to the gym, hit the bar... What does DingDong do? 12+ hour video game streams where he dumps his traumas and obsessions to a voiceless chat. He's setting himself up for a serious mental break.

Thier mod got really angry at me for quoting Minecraft with gadget in live chat… once. These aren’t the same people I loved watching mod a fat black lady flying around shooting lasers in gta. It’s just obscure retro games with long silent parts. Julian seems to be doing fine so that’s good.

It's all on him while minuscule RNG that might provide him some good neighbors he'd actually enjoy socializing with would assist marginally. Stream yesterday, unfortunately, confirmed that he's at least middle-stage TDS and the one bit of in-person socialization he probably gets is with his boyfriend. The man needs like a once a month fishing club or something.

To repeat the points that he's a victim blamed closeted gay estranged from his family who was also raped as a child, fella was dealt a bad hand. His irregular sleep schedule also doesn't help (will work for 48+ hours straight then sleep for 24).

They could probably get away with just one more with the excuse that they got Zach on, any more would be overdoing it. Still, those videos were some of the hardest laughs I've had in a while. Dave holding a gun to his head threatening to kill himself if Ash Ketchum didn't let him win their pokemon battle had me gasping for air.
