Not the same situation, but the same cautionary tale: I had a friend who I used to hang out with constantly, whether it was video games or going out for drinks. It was to the point where he would bring up how I'd be one of his groomsmen if & when he was to get married.
About two years ago from now, he met a girl that he started talking to. Things got pretty serious at one point, and they would text & call constantly, until one day she told him (completely out of the blue) that she was actually talking to someone else but that they'd start talking again if things were to fall through with the other guy. I immediately told him that's ridiculous and that she's a crazy bitch.
He'd already been wanting a girlfriend, but this whole ordeal made him even more hellbent on finding a mate. A little less than a year after that incident, the girl he was originally talking to started chatting him up again, unbeknownst to me. He would tell me that he was talking to a girl, and I, assuming he wasn't talking to the crazy bitch, would congratulate him and ask him how it was going.
Fast forward a couple months, we go out to hang out with my friend's mystery girl. Of course, it turned out to be crazy bitch. I didn't tell him anything because I assumed he knew what he was getting into, and I'd already made my feelings known. She cut him off from pretty much all his previous friends and has lied about multiple incidents she made up involving my siblings & I and how we'd treat her poorly.
Now the guy basically only hangs out with his girlfriend, her family, and whatever friends she manages to hang on to (one of them I found out was a legit pedophile who was bragging about sleeping with a 15-year-old at age 22 or some crazy shit. They cut him off, mostly due to my friend insisting on it).
Anyway, I assume Anisa is magnitudes crazier than my friend's GF. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Ian's code was essentially rewritten and he means what he says. The thing I've come to learn is some people can get to a point where their system surrenders to a genuinely insane girl's will for pussy.
