Chip is in Finland working. Or you know "working". Void came along with, and now she's in a different culture she's been clear she's made zero attempts to adapt to; the local chinese they are the ones who are wrong, they need to take up her Burger Shitlib politics and weedlording. She has no job - she may not be able to get a job I'm not sure how finnish visas work - and trying to get out of the house and meet people has the multiple barriers to entry of "Over 30, Doesn't speak the language, is an insufferable shitlib, and 'Is Voidburger'" so me thinks that she's bored, lonely, and feeling shitty about herself in general (See: photoshopping her bikini pics) so she's fishing for male attention on Buttsky instead of Rosetta Stone Maxxing.

It's both comforting and hilarious to think about how the girls Voidsperg has shat on for attention likely have a way better life than she does nowadays.
It's pretty safe to assume almost all of them have moved on from making let's plays on youtube over the last decade, ten years is a really long time. A good bunch of them might have children to raise now, many might have found a decent, fulfilling career on a field they enjoy. Hell, even if you tell me some of them became professional onlyfans e-whores I'd still argue that's more than Voidy has going for her right now.

Void has fucking nothing. Her life hasn't moved a single step since the SA days. She has no job, no valuable skills, no real life experience, nearly zero real life friends, no real education. The only money she makes is either pitybux from her utterly dead Patreon or maybe the occasional pocket change she makes from the completely dead youtube channel she's had for 16 fucking years yet never manages to crack 10k views with. The only real tangible relationship she seems to have is her marriage with a 3ft tall dwarf (Who in all fairness is a far more likeable person than she'll ever be and is still way out of her league), a marriage so unfulfilling she feels the need to beg for creeps online to catcall her. Rather than evolving as a person she spent the last decade developing a crippling addiction to sperging online, reading posts she doesn't like and learning what the correct opinions are so she can feel morally superior to you.
She actually got a chance to live the dream and start a somewhat real career talking about games she likes for a living with the Giant Bomb crew (granted, about a decade after they lost any relevance but beggars can't be choosers) and she blew it within months, likely from being extremely unpleasant, having the emotional maturity and work ethics of an entitled teenager or all of the above. She spends most of her days online on a platform she hates, shouting her terrible opinions at maybe a dozen people who couldn't really care less.

Giantbomb imploded not because of COVID, but because of Laziness.

Giantbomb made their name by being extremely professional - they would go to tons of trade shows, do huge amounts of interviews, play tons of games, and most importantly - would do tons of programming on-site in a professional studio (in a broadcast building) - even if they were ridiculous themselves. When COVID hit, they went to a streaming-only format but their corporate owners never let them return to their actual successful format, despite Jeff Gerstmann (the founder) and the crew (Alex, Vinny, Brad) fighting for it behind the scenes. They already had the studio (and had for decades) and sets and so on. Everyone (including the audience) expected for GB to ride out COVID and then go back into the office where the good times were and they just never did it.

Alex, Vinny, and Brad just gave up and quit and Jeff seemingly rode out his contract and was let go - but it wasn't really an economic decision rather then just a lazy decision by the parent company to cut costs without understanding the underlying brand (or simply not giving a shit). Hiring Void after a mass exodus kind of highlights them not giving a shit and going "just get some youtuber who gives a shit".

Evek was the autist, he was the only one that ended up sticking around to stream with Maxwell along with some British guy from skype. Ferr and Pipes I believe moved out of the city to actual careers with Ferr making a few stream appearances after. After that Maxwell appeared on some trivia thing ProtonJon was hosting, had a Cargo stream with the other guys that was basically a reunion and then briefly did some solo streaming. After that he just kind of existed on twitter. Everything went downhill after Evek choked during the Ninja Turtles stream.
