Am I insane or is he doubling down on his defamatory comments while using the erzats inspired defense of "I'm just laying out a sequence of events and facts." Like he literally learned absolutely nothing and, if anything, is further perpetuating the idea of Billy contributing to Apollo's suicide by... making him remove videos so that he has reduced income from YouTube?
I don't know how this works but could Billy not drag his ass back to court with this?

He's unironically blaming the news media for misreporting on his lawsuit and that causing people to believe the lawsuit was about cheating.

Yeah, it's the Australian news networks at fault. Did he ever reach out to any of those news stations to correct their reporting? Nope!

Oh, and after saying "there's a lot of reasons people were misled about the lawsuit, and while I was one of the reasons, there were other reasons!" he NEVER explains how he himself contributed to the misunderstanding about the nature of the lawsuits. He just goes on to blame the news media, and then moves onto the next subject.

Also, he just lies flat fucking outright and says the judge agreed with the substance of the cheating allegations, when the judge made a point to say that he doesn't have to comment on whether or not Billy actually cheated. The judge said he found that Billy has a reputation for having cheated. Big difference.

Will Karl ever stop lying?

If you take Karl's word at face value, he was still woefully nontransparent to the point where not only his audience but his youtube buddies had no idea what was going on. He also was perfectly fine to let the media spread misinformation without correcting it.

Now normally you could say this was because his lawyers advised him not to talk about his case, but remember Karl doesn't care what lawyers advise him and he'll say what he wants.

Holy cope on a rope, Batman. He's now claiming that the GoFundMe wasn't actually for the Apollo Legend anyways. It was for the other concerns notices, which he says earlier in the video he didn't take seriously because Billy is a liar, that inspired the GoFundMe.

Y'know, the concerns notices which never materialized into any meaningful litigation. Therefore, it was okay for him to muddy the waters about the reason he was soliciting donations because the Apollo Legend lawsuit wasn't even the purpose of the GoFundMe.

It's going to take scholars months to untangle all the obfuscation and deceit in this masterpiece of a video.

Wait, so if he solicited donations to battle litigation which never occurred... shouldn't that mean he should refund that money because it could never be used for its intended purpose, as the lawsuits will never exist? He's just self-snitching that he collected handouts for imaginary lawsuits!

EDIT: HAHAHA, "people are saying that because Billy Mitchell didn't actually sue me that asking for donations to battle imaginary lawsuits was a scam!" YES, YOU PIECE OF SHIT. If you collect handouts for anything, like baking a cake, and then you say "oh, it turns out I didn't need to bake a cake, so thanks for the money, dummies!" then you are fleecing people.

I'm really hoping someone with an audience makes the simple argument that he kept the money to pay for other legal troubles, which is oddly convenient for someone who just made an honest mistake. If only my honest mistakes resulted in me getting 200 thousand dollars.
