University isn't just for education. Despite all its current ideological pitfalls, for decades higher education has also served as the interim in Western culture between childhood and adulthood. It creates a unique space to separate from one's parents and is crucial for many people in maturing and developing individual identity, emotional regulation, adult relationships, and the general ability to care for yourself and manage your own life outside the sphere of your natal family.

Chantal is a giant baby with none of these skills. Even if she weren't functionally illiterate it would be fairly obvious that she never attended college for any meaningful period of time.

Well the story, as her friend of 20 years reported, Chantal went away to Uni and was only there for "a couple weeks" until she got homesick and called Smee to come and take her back to Cornt.
Chantal herself reports that there were actually 2 attempts for her to receive Higher Education. I forget what the second excuse was for "dropping out" the second time.

I do not place great faith in Chantal or Shannon's recounting of the University tale, but Chantal getting homesick and wanting to go back home almost immediately has the ring of truth.
Cutie requires minions to provide food and attention whenever she desires, as a toddler does.
Chantal having to "adult" all by herself was as impossible a task then, as it is now.

So I believe, though there is no proof, that Chantal did not make it more than a semester.

She also once told a story of how she kept going to the something-or-other office to change her major. I don't know whether that was the first or second attempt, but one had to have lasted longer than the other (or, given it's Chins, maybe not).

My favorite Uni story was when a classmate (kind of) befriended her, and would walk to and from class together (which involved a hill, and Chins couldn't keep up). That girl's mother must have told her to "be nice to the underdogs." Then they were in an elevator and Chins farted, which ended that "friendship."

This was explained by @lol cow supreme very recently, you can find one of his autistic breakdowns of why by searching the thread. The short answer is the camera image is mirrored, and she is missing a tooth on that side. It is an optical illusion.
