This is probably a big reason. They don't want people going to their accounts and seeing "obvious" warning signs that the Feds 100% knew about. Won't be long until we hear about how this guy was on their radar probably.

They do it with every shooter because it makes it easier for the media to obfuscate or lie about the motivate. In this case, this guy is an anti-Trumper so they don't want that to be able to be weaponized as a motive, they want the dialogue to be about forcing more gun control.
