Anyway, it led me to re-reading the bible and firstly, if you havent, the bible is a fantastic read. but secondly, my favorite story ended up happening to be the tale of Esau and Jacob.

You need transparency for moderation. And a iron grip over moderation so they follow the will of the owner and don't become powermods. 4 chan seems to have had the issue of letting every mod do their own thing with zero oversight. That's a problem.
