Enjoy prison, Baldo child.

My honest vote is that nick gets middle to light sentencing today. No jail time at all. However, I think that will still be good, cause we know how lowcows like Nick get when they win something and eventually go into a L with their boasting and ego hitting a peak.
This is my position too. I don't know if Americans still pretend their prisons are actually rehabilitative, but there would be no point sending Nick there either way. He wouldn't learn from it, it would just re-enforce his narrative that he's being turned into a martyr by the state.

Plus if he goes to jail we stop getting entertainment unless he's able to smuggle an ass-phone in and stream from jail, but if he couldn't be bothered to stream while free I doubt he's gonna make the effort while he's busy dodging Tyrone's advances. I guess he could at least keep spite-tweeting while recovering in the prison ward.

ETA: Disregard that I suck cocks (and just saw the community feature). I look forward to seeing Nick acting like a tough guy once he emerges from his 30 day stint.

What does: “May be deferred on complaint with probation” mean?
It is being overlooked here. Essentially if Nick takes a knee to his probation officer, passes drug tests and other such things, he can avoid those days in jail.

The Judge is basically saying "This is serious, it's happening, follow the rules or you are done"
