Probably late on noting this, but an amateur court reporter attended the sentencing and claims that Nick tried to give a speech to the judge about how hard it is to be him because he's been told by sooo many people that he's sooo smart and talented that it went to his head and he thought he could do anything. Apparently, the point was to try to get a lighter sentence, but even the judge gave him the Cornette face and told him to fuck off.

It's amazing how even when performing humility that he can't help but make it a narcissistic screed meant to not-so-subtly brag about how better he is than everyone else.

Anyways, I won't say I hope that he gets sexually assaulted while in jail, but I hope that he gets sexually assaulted while in jail.

Community service and probation. He will still serve the 30 days if I recall. Quite a light sentence. The judge did seem merciful but somewhat scornful of Nick.

I could be wrong but I think it's just based on whatever shows up in drug testing, galaxy gas and designer Chinese drugs don't show up on drug tests. There's also speculation he's abusing prescription medication which similarly wouldn't be counted against him with a valid prescription.

Are there provisions in place if he's visibly intoxicated? Like on a stream high off his balls on this stuff?

The screens he's subjected to will likely not pick up nitrous, no.

Okay, thanks for the information, I have no idea how probation works beyond what I've seen posted in various threads so I don't really know how far they go to enforce it. The only thing I do know is that no matter how lenient the terms are, Nick will probably find some way to fuck it up somewhere down the line.
