Oh man. I considered myself agnostic for a while, but then on the internet, apparently they classify agnostic as a form of weak atheism that just means you don’t care enough to actually think it through.

I was pissed that atheists essentially colonized agnosticism. When I use the term to apply to myself, I mean weak theism, not weak atheism. Like I believe in God but I grew up secular and from my position it’s really awkward to try to say for example “aha Calvinists are the truly enlightened”
Calvinists are never the truly enlightened. They are a historical example of what happens when you let a group of midwits organize.

Name one competent woman in the Trump administration.
Susan wiles has been one of the most competent republican political operatives this century. She was instrumental in turning Florida from the 50/50 swing state that wrecked havoc in 2000 to the most solidly republican state in the entire country. Trumps Campaign in 2024 was markedly more professional and responsive than in 2020 under her and the presidents direction .She is now Chief of Staff.

I love how everyone forgets these Palestinian faggots popularized blowing up airplanes, nightclubs, resteraunts, and hijacking ships so they can throw old men in wheelchairs overboard.

Anyone who tries to deflect by tossing out the Kikes or what the fuck ever, has sided with these rebranded PLO faggots and should be put down right before everyone moves on.

Palestinians are natural terrorists and only understand someone standing on their neck and pushing a gun barrel into their ear.

Anyone who carries water for them is a terrorist supporting faggot who needs beaten with a rock.
I have zero sympathy for terrorists and Muslims in general. Islam is a religion of conquest and enslavement. But there also a bunch of inbred stone aged ingrates there wouldnt carry any threat if our own governments and intelligence agencies didnt arm fund and train these fundamentalists to be there boogyman on a leash to capture us through fear.

America funded the taliban, Osama bin Laden was a CIA asset, Obama and Hilary created Isis, Joe Biden gave Iran billions. Israel funded Hamas so that they didnt have to negotiate a two state solution. Western intellegence agencies along with Turkey and Israel have overthrown Assad and inserted a former al queda/isis leader. Because they know he will eventually commit atrocities that will give them the excuse to conquer and divide Syria.

So yes the Muslims are retarded faggots and no friend of mine. But if we get our own house in order. There absolutely nothing muslims could do to us.

This was a finding by the immigration judge, was appealed to the relevant court, and that determination was upheld.
The process that is due to an illegal alien was given to him, and appropriate to the context.
There is a miscommunication here.
To me, it seems you (and others) are saying that there was a process where the core issue was "is he MS-13?" and it was determined he was. In other words, was he ever charged and convicted as a member of a gang? I believe that is what the insane filing was talking about when they said "without the semblance of due process".

The filing you reference (added on the 31st, not the 24th) is the initial sentence for the issue related to immigration, and the appeal for that decision. (Initial decision, appeal). The information about him being MS-13 was considered to be reliable and informed the choice, but it was one of the factors.

You will notice here the "Respondent has failed to present evidence to rebut that assertion".
For the thousand time, I am not a lawyer, but I don't think that is how a process to determine if he is in a gang would be framed as him not being able to prove that is not a gangbanger.
The judge does say the membership is "verified", so I am happy to go with the assertion that a court considered him MS-13. But I can still see that this is for the purpose of immigration, it is not a court to determine if he was a gangbanger or not - again, that is what they meant by "due process".

Anyway, the appeal judge uses even less strong language on how certain is the gang affiliation.
Fundamentally, it did not matter whether he was or not, just the risk that he was a gangbanger meant that he was too much of a risk. All other evidence (never claiming asylum, etc) pointed to him not being a good candidate for staying indefinitely in the US, thus the decision.

I think this push of making him "for sure MS-13" is risky for the government. I think they should be more cautious in their word choice. For an internet forum, go ahead, idc. As a legal point, I don't think it is that surprising that an activist (judge) would point out that he was never given due process in regard to his gang affiliation

The determination of his being in ms-13 happened in his immigration court hearings, and those aren’t public

Part of the problem here is that, even if the government can prove this guy is a gang member, all of this shit takes time. One activist judge requiring the government to prove every single tiny little point, when the goal is to get illegal immigrants out of the country in the first place, is ticky tack bullshit done specifically to clog up the court system and prevent the deportation of an illegal immigrant.

Democrats do not want to argue the point that this guy was an illegal immigrant and needs to go, so they're focusing on the gang identity thing. At least that's my gut reaction to a news item that, frankly, I'm tired of reading about.
