Nick will be high tailing it up to Canada every week, to buy otc codeine, then back to Minnesota to cold water that bitch.

He ain’t going to let some NERD judge tell him what to do!

Doesn't matter where he gets it, he does that he'll piss hot eventually.

The 30 days in jail is nothing. 5 years under constant supervision is soul crushing, especially for someone with a ego the size of his.

"The reporting is incorrect/incomplete" nigga we have the fucking court papers :story::story::story:
"NOOOO, you don't understand. The court raped me and forced this on me by planting coke on my nose."

Nick plays strawman semantics. He will pick some flawed or schizo take and represent it as the majority opposition opinion then proceed to best it down.

My prediction: He will latch on to 'He gonna go to JAIL!', and make much of 'it is conditional, so no, I am NOT going to jail.'

I don't think it's uncommon for these types of first time offenses; probation with deferred jail time if they don't get their shit together.

Again, much like when a pleas was announced, I don't know why everyone's so shocked that a first time offender is getting a sweet deal. Sure, on Kiwi Farms Nick's the worst person who ever lived, in real life he's just a druggie with a case everyone would prefer to move on from because they have more important things to do.

Good luck Nick, with five years probation you're gonna need. For everyone's sake I hope you do.

If Nick gets a script for ketamine for "depression" and adderall for ADD, he would be legally safe because of the way our fucked up medical system works, but I don't know if being a known junkie really gels with that or affects his parole. There are ways he can wiggle around this but he is a bad lawyer and he is more interested in a "rock star" lifestyle. Being told he cant drink is worse than not being able to.

36:28 - The first thing Nick says to the Court when asked if he would like to make a statement immediately after the prosecutor asked for 5 years in jail:
:really:
"Your Honor, I've always been called smart by everyone. After making making all of these well decisions in my life, you begin to think that you are smart. I put my children through something that I can't undo, I've lost the trust of my wife, my community, and my children and I'm very sorry... [rambles]"

Judge:

"You say that you have always been called smart, but with your degrees and what you know, you knew what you were doing, you knew what you were jeopardizing"

:really:He can tell all the Somalis in his block funny and weird stories, maybe even scrimshaw a balldo device out of fruit cups and toilet paper.:really:

Seriously though, I will be surprised if tonight's stream isn't an unmitigated disaster, I'm picturing nick getting increasingly drunk, drinking straight liqueur out of a monster can; I'm picturing Kayla yelling off screen. . .it will be unbearably boring of course, since nick is a deathly-dull middle aged man, who's platonic ideal of "Cool and Male" is Bart Simpson. So I will await Elissa Clips to clip out of the juicey parts.
