Therapy can work. Trouble is, a real one forces you to face uncomfortable truths, even if the therapist has to sugarcoat the hell out of it. It’s the only way to improve. Problem is, narcissists like Anisa only shop for “therapists” who are basically “yes men” and nannies charging by the hour, telling them exactly what they wanna hear. That they are perfect the way they are and that they just need to cry or some BS.

The h3 vs Idubbz drama personally hurts me. I know what fake friends/family feels like over politics (you can find my story in the surviving troon family members thread). I know how it feels to have people use shitty, retarded therapy speak to try and paint you as the one who's in the wrong, and essentially call you crazy for reacting to their abuse/ bad actions towards you. It is deeply fucked up. As much as I disagree with h3, I think he seems like a nice guy and its unfortunate he has to go through this.



I didn't think it was possible to be even more disappointed and disgusted with idubbz/Anisa. They are truly filth for this latest content cop.
