If he behaves he won't go to jail. He's already been out for a year without violating the terms of his bail so three more months shouldn't be a problem. On the other hand his behavior during this time almost certainly led to this harsher than expected sentence in the first place so showing his ass on-stream in the meantime won't help his situation
IDK. The meaning of the order is unclear. At first reading it seems to me to say he is ordered to report to jail on 8/1 at 7P.M. and if he fucks up he may be ordered to report earlier. If you squint at it you can read it as saying a decision will be made by or before 8/1 with regard to if he's going to have to serve 28 more days or if that sentence will be deferred indefinitely pending his continued compliance with probation.

I would argue it is an inartfuly drafted order. It probably shouldn't take local practitioner to interpret a probation order.

Also, five years probation was more brutal than I think a lot of people thought too. Indeed it's the single most devastating term of his sentence. I don't think he'll make it.
I was surprised when I found out earlier today that MN doesn't automatically shorten your time for probation if you're a good boy, like they do in a lot/most places. Here you could complete that 5 years in like 28 months if your were maximally a good boy.

honestly who gives a fuck about the prison sentence, its the 5 years sober thats the real punishment. the PO being able to drop by whenever will fuck with him too, you know the community will give him the biggest shithead they can find as a PO as well.

in terms of hits to the ego it goes 1.5 years sober 2. community service 3. jail

the courts guaranteeing he's going to be sober as a judge until his first 3 kids leave the house is going to be painful for him. you know he was hyping up his first legal drink with his sons too.

Another big one is the upcoming lawsuits, you know after losing hard he's going to really need that drink.

by percentage how many guys drinking as much as he did, let's say 60 drinks a week could go cold turkey for 5 years? like he's proper fucked, even pre-fame he was doing weekend drinks with the other fags at the strip mall, now he's sober?

sober until 2030?
rekieta will when he violates his probation. he hasn't sought any sort of help. he continues talking about how awesome drugs are. and he spent the last several months getting drunk and begging melton to let him on. he is absolutely getting at least part of that five at some point down the road. i will write to him tho

When I first read about this cognitive program, I wondered if it was to evaluate how much Nick has cooked himself on galaxy gas, or how cooked he is at present (likely effective means for detection, other than empties).

I get what the program is now, and it's funny as shit that "Mr. Always Told He Was So Smart" (no doubt by mom and dad) gets to go through something for knuckle draggers. That said... I do wonder how many IQ points Nick has knocked off himself.
It's all about altering the thought patterns that can lead to problematic/crimogenic behaviors. The therapy targets three things: cognitive self-change, social skills, and problem-solving.

  1. Cognitive self-change focuses on uncovering your thoughts/attitudes and figuring out which ones are negative/antisocial/criminogenic in nature. For lots of people this is the first time they are asked to critically look into themselves and try to assess what of their thoughts and decision making are destructive and negative
  2. Social skills focuses on the idea of doing prosocial and positive interactions and making one think about the impact their actions can have on themselves and others. Literally, they want you to Think (about the dumb shit you're going to do) for a Change instead of acting like an impulsive 80IQ mongolid.
  3. Problem-solving is the application of the other two elements and how to develop proper coping skills and strategies when one is faced with the negative people, places, thoughts, or things.
This type of therapy is cheap (mainly cheap as a motivating factor) and can be helpful enough that it's done in prisons, county jails, juvenile detention halls, and other corrections facilities across across the United States.

They should call it "Stop Being a Dumbass."
It should but you truly don't realize how many people are poorly socialized and act on straight impulse and emotion. Thinking two steps ahead is hard for lots of people. I wasn't joking when I said the purpose of probation for some people is that they need to be taught how to act like a civilized human being.

You realize he's gonna be like "I don't need this shit, and everybody here is dumb except me," right?
Yes, except these people will be sending reports to the Probation Department on his progress. They will housebreak him either by boot heel or kind word. It's up to him.

Not your specific question, but:

And there's also the drugs he has to stay off too.

like he's proper fucked, even pre-fame he was doing weekend drinks with the other fags at the strip mall, now he's sober?

I keep saying I don't think he's gonna make it.

If I'm wrong, Balldoguards can rub it in my face, but they have to wait five years, I might be dead by then, and I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Being around people like Juju the Cow and Ethan Ralph ain't exactly gonna help either. They tell you in any sobriety program you are supposed to stay away from other users/drinkers.

Anyone checked in on TVs Will Herron?
He must be excited about August 2st with Whore KNU Wife being all alone.

That junkie pretending like he "put his kids through" anything while speaking to the court, yet on YT it was simply a "bad summer." This junkie is a fucking lowlife trust fund prick.

That CLOWN WIG out front of courthouse was KINO. Nova said "There is a God" upon hearing junkie sentence. 1,000,000% suffah junkie n whore wife.

, but they have to wait five years, I might be dead by then, and I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
if you're not alive 5 years from now and Nick does in fact stay sober and neither of our accounts or this website vanishes i will personally dig up your grave and fuck you on camera while saying "Nick Rekieta was right all along"
so is rekieta really streaming tonight? because if he goes live just downing booze right off camera im willing to become a balldo washer atp
no way in hell is he doing an episode tonight.

i wish he would consider that he could reclaim thousands of viewers and turn even the biggest hater if he just went live and started drinking on stream while screaming about being a sovereign citizen. i dont think anything would ever top that on the internet.
X to doubt. It's gonna be one long semantics cope while zonked out on......something.
