Bottom line:

If Sam and Yaba are telling the truth and believe that everyone has a right to a fair prosecution and trial and their constitutional right of due process. They would agree that the State’s Prosecution should be given all pertinent and relevant information pertaining to an ongoing criminal investigation.

Yaba and Sam are the “VICTIMS”. It says right there in the tweet. Of course they’re being completely 100% honest. Why would they even care? There is absolutely, NONE, NADA, ZERO ,no evidence anyone could provide that would change Sam and Yaba’s innocence and victim status.
