I mean, I wouldn't want to hire a lawyer if he had hacked into another person's email and read their private attorney-client communications. I don't feel like that attorney would represent me well and not get into trouble while I was paying him. Seems like something a state bar association would take far more seriously than just being a drug felon. If people start thinking lawyers like that were practicing in a state with a small bar of practicing attorneys (much less practicing trial attorneys) like Minnesota, then the state bar would not be very happy. Law is a business, after all.

So it's far more likely that the state bar takes action upon complaints of violating others' attorney-client communications, especially while adverse to them legally, than for the FBI to do anything about it being a crime.

I'm guessing Nick never had much of a childhood. While it's been a good while, I understand why kids may be apprehensive about staying at other places and not others. You have a sleep-over with a friend, hell yeah, you're with a friend, maybe pizza and videogames or whatever you like are involved, hell yeah this is awesome. Compared to being ripped from your home that you're familiar with and being told, you're gonna sleep/stay in this new place; maybe you're familiar with them, maybe you're not, but it's against your will, and it's not gonna be pizza, and videogames, and cool shit like it would be when staying at a friend's house. It also doesn't help that you watched your parents get led away by police, and the police also undoubtedly supervised and put you through weird tests for some reason; even if you don't understand all what's going on, you know shit isn't right, and now you're at a different house with different people, and for some reason, the adults are saying their parents love them and hope you'll be back with your parents and at your house in a short amount of time.

Now tell me why a kid may be uncomfortable, and why it's specifically the fault of the people they're staying with and not related to the events that landed them there.

- Nick claims that one of his children reported behaviour on the part of someone connected to the county' government that made them 'uncomfortable' and would infuriate people if they knew what it was. The GAL in their got mad at that and threatened to have all the children taken from family foster care if they did not stop.

It wasn't clear. Could have been aimed at a government worker.

Nick said his daughter told them something that made them uncomfortable at the in-laws house. The GAL offered to move the children to a different foster home. But they couldn't go back with Nick and Kayla. The GAL would have reported any malfeasance to police and would never have said his daughter was lying.

... ANY allegations of this sort to anyone are inflammatory and possibly defamatory. Pics/statements/proof or it didn't happen.

One possibility: If CPS was doing their job (this is easily googled), protocol generally dictates that CPS may have inspected their bodies to ensure no harm was done because drug possession with kids in the house is highly correlated with harm to children. If this report from the child/ren occurred AFTER the positive drug result (likely), they would have every reason to do this.

(In some states, this can involve inspection of intimate areas, but that is unlikely in this case because there was nothing to indicate that kind of abuse.)

Would a basic body inspection by a stranger make any child feel uncomfortable? Of course it would.

IF that's what he's talking about, Nick brought this situation on himself. As for Dan Sletta, I feel like the context of Nick's words highly implicates him. I could be wrong.
