This is a very strange comment to me. I'm not an anime watcher, but Dragon Maid is one of the few that I've become familiar with in passing. I've heard that there are a bunch of gratuitous scenes where Kanna (a loli) gets into compromising situations with another young girl who is implied to be a lesbian (at like six fuuuuuucking years old). I don't even want to know what scenes she considers off-putting and too much to handle.
You can see when a user has watched an anime by clicking the "more" tab on their profile. In Dragon Maid's case, she watched it a month after it aired in June of 2017, when she would have been around 16 years old.
I've tried to order her list in a way that gives me a timeline of the anime that she's watched, though it doesn't seem to work properly. Most of the anime she's watched are shonen anime with teen casts, which is about as normal as you can get with anime. Aside from that, here are some noteworthy series that I found on her profile:
Made In Abyss. I don't know anything about this series other than that there's a bunch of perverted loli shit. A big fan, evidently. She also watched it around the same time as Dragon Maid.
Is the Order a Rabbit? Has a cast between 13 and 15 years old. In twinArmageddon's post, Fallenshadow mentions in the sequel series that she likes Chino, who is 13 years old but looks much younger. Very eyebrow-raising that she considers the series to be "most likely illegal in most countries"
Toradora! Wish I could give more insightful commentary on these series but alas, I know nothing. She watched this one a little later than the others in January of 2018
Serial Experiments Lain. I think her opinion on this series dispels the possibility of a pedotroon arc
To Love-Ru. Fallenshadow likes Yami and Mikan, who are both lolis. She watched the entire series in a month and a half, which is comprised of 80 episodes and over 30 hours of television. The goonette menace is real.
After the Rain. The female love interest is 17 and the male love interest is 45. Not as full blown of a "pedo anime" as you can get, but still telling of where her interests lie.
Cardcaptor Sakura. I have a little bit of knowledge on this one. Cardcaptor Sakura is a children's show that is aimed at young girls, but also has a large following among pedophiles who herald it as a classic. In the manga, one of the teachers is a pedophile who is in a romantic relationship with one of his students. Fallenshadow is likely referring to the relationship between the main character Sakura and her love interest Syaoran when she talks about the "best romance in all of anime", as the teacher/student pedophile thing was completely removed from the anime. Weird either way.
Konohana Kitan. Series about a bunch of lesbian fox girls working at a hot spring. All of the main cast look like children
Elfen Lied. Fallenshadow refers to this as her first anime, watching it in February of 2015 when she would have been 14 (though she also mentions elsewhere that she watched it in 2013). Out of curiosity, I googled "Elfen Lied pedophilia" and got these results from two separate Reddit threads:

She praises the action choreography and animation in some of her comments, though her most common praise concerns the "loli yuri", which is an area of interest that is consistent with some of her other reviews. Fallenshadow has watched 170 episodes of Fate, which totals to over 70 hours of television. Watching a bunch of TV shows that you don't even like so that you can occasionally watch little girls flirt with one another would probably drive me fucking crazy as well, come to think of it.
Wataten! an Angel Flew Down to me. Creepy anime about a reclusive female college student who is in love with one her younger sister's friends. Fallenshadow watched the entire thing in a week.

UzaMaid! Shocker - more loli yuri shit. Fallenshadow considers the content of this show to be worse than anything else she has watched. The series is about a former pilot from the Japanese military who takes up a job as a maid and makes a bunch of predatory advances towards a young girl. According to the long ass review attached below, the series tries to downplay the actions of the protagonist and present her as a sympathetic character. Very creepy. Much like with the Wataten anime, I think it's obvious that the female protagonist is meant to be a self-insert for the male viewerbase, with the gender being flipped in order to downplay how creepy the premise is. Autogynephilia + lolicon makes for what is probably the most retarded anime series I have heard of to date. Trannies definitely had a goon explosion over this one.

There isn't much going on in her manga list. She's read Nagatoro, which I've heard is a suspect manga and has read another manga called "Yuzumori-san", which is, you guessed it, more loli yuri. I'm more interested in digging through her forum posts
The majority of Fallenshadow's posts on the My Anime List forums are low-effort shitposts, though there are a few things of interest. Her recount on when she started watching anime is inconsistent. In two separate posts she mentions that she was first introduced to anime when she was 11 (i.e., in 2012) through Corpse Party, which is a survival horror RPGMaker game that features gratuitous violence and gore. She says that in the following year (either 2013 or 2015), she was introduced to Elfen Lied through one of her friends, which marked the first anime series that she watched. I know that children in and around the young teen demographic like to feel mature by watching shows and playing video games that have shock content and a superficial level of maturity, but even so, her starting point with anime was pretty full-on.
Most of the replies left by Fallenshadow on the My Anime List forums were made between 2016 and 2017, when she would have been 15/16 years old. During this period she watched an extreme amount of anime, regularly fucking over her sleep schedule. In one of her posts, she mentions that she watched the entirety of Hunter x Hunter in 2 days. This behaviour appears to have intensified in 2017, where she would watch entire series in only a matter of days. There's some angsty, edgy posts that are to be expected from a girl her age as well.
She also offhandedly mentions in one of her forum posts that she has ADHD, which I can believe.

Yeah, she's definitely a Rev guard. It's a shame because she actually finds some good info way before everyone else does but I really can't follow pedo defenders. It's bad for my mental health. Lol. If I see any lolicon/pedo defending it's basically an instant mute and block from me.
