Now Nick says re: the daughter cocaine test that he "doesn't believe it was her hair"

What the fuck does that mean? Is he saying there was a lab mix up and it was someone else's hair? Is he saying that her hair was tested but not why it came back positive?

The daughter testing positive for cocaine is Fall of Berlin tier at this point. Everyone sane and remotely normal is on whether Rekieta deliberately dosed her or it was a tragic event caused by his and his wife's extreme negligence. Meanwhile Rekieta is still back on phantom armies and architectural plans for after the war equivalent ie his hundred silly excuses for how it happened. At least he has begrudgingly moved on from saying it never happened I guess.
Rekieta is mentally ill.

At 3 hours 46 minutes, Nick says "you can buy an 8-ball of cocaine, which is like a days use... a few days use for one person of cocaine, for like $200." I think he just admitted that he could blow through an 8-ball a night.

Moments later, Nick also says "you can't suck dick for coke. Well chicks do I guess..." pause. April, coke fiend reference?

Remember it was concern for the suffering of his children that set of the involvement of law enforcement. An entire local community watched in horror as this unfolded. Rekieta conveniently pretends he exists in some sort of isolated space station away from human beings but no he was watched and reported by well meaning normal people and family members. I don't think anyone local to Rekieta or his wife care for them other than his wife's family. Outside her family no one gives two shits about mr. and mrs. junkie, but they are very concerned about his starveling children.
