My opinion is that his new "friends" will snake him before CC3. They have so many opportunities to do so. All of them could say that Ian lied about Anisa being arab, that he wasn't transparent with them in making the video, that they didn't know Anisa had disavowed Islam in the past, or they could bring up a lot of the clips from his past to snake him. At the very least, H3H3 followed a similar trajectory of becoming more progressive despite also having saying nigger and making edgy jokes in the past. His new compadres have no such shared interest and can arbitrarily use that card of him having said nigger in the past whenever they want.

At the risk of falling for sarcasm, It is not expensive to train for Boxing for the average person and the previous fighting stipend of whatever the Jomhas gave fighters was extremely excessive.

Boxing for charity is stupid in many ways, but there is an element of personal sacrifice for a 'good cause' if the money is there. I don't know that it will be this time, so its more of a self-harm situation for the current fighters.

Jake Paul is fighting on Jun 28th (the same day as CC3), so it might be. Nobody on that side of the Internet had any love for Idubbz and the Paul brothers are Jewish. I don't even think if Hasan was fighting in CC3 they could come close to matching Jake Paul. The event will be better promoted, better organized, and more attractive to viewers. There is no political controversy around it, which will attract sponsors and financial backers. I don't know if Ian and Anisa knew about this but they are absolutely fucked.

I can only speculate as to how much money Ian and Anisa have, but if they are taking a salary from CC3 they have probably been burning through more savings than they should've. They were left holding the bag on CC2, and there is not going to be any crowdfunding stream which will save them. However, I still they think they have the ability to cover fighter pay if nothing else. That's me being charitable by assuming they'd only organize an event that they can recover from using their savings if it failed.
