His LONG uncivil law rant seems so out of place, exactly what did Kurt touch up on that makes him so mad?
He refused to sweep after coming to his senses, teamed up with Nate the Lawyer, who accurately reported what occurred in Nick's case. Then recently made fun of him in this video. Kurt also denies that Rekieta "made" him.

You know, Nick is a prime argument as to why we need to punish powder cocaine users harder. The sentencing disparity really is unjust, but the solution isn't to punish crack rock users less. Punish faggots with rich parents who can afford powdered cocaine harder.
I’ve always believed that all crimes need harsher punishment and Nick is proof of that

They, on the other hand got exposure to a very large audience which would be a massive shot in the arm for many of their streaming careers.
It’s pretty clear that no one benefited much from being in Nick’s show. The few who did, benefited more from turning on him than they did from regular friendly appearances.
It was extremely one sided and Nick should have been paying them for doing all the work

Someone in Meme Copium's chat said that Kurt is easier to make fun of, compare to Sean/LegalMindset/Nate.
True. Kurt is a sad case. But to be completely fair, Kurt:
  • h̶a̶s̶ a̶c̶t̶u̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ p̶r̶a̶c̶t̶i̶c̶e̶d̶ l̶a̶w̶ &̶ w̶o̶n̶ c̶a̶s̶e̶s̶. *
  • isn't a crackhead.
  • has never been a cuck (in fact, he probably never has touched a woman).
  • accurately reports on the law.
  • realizes Robert Barnes is a quack lawyer.
  • didn't ruin the reputation of his family.
Kurt is a much better man than Nick in my book.
*Was a patent examiner according to LinkedIn. He did have a private firm I remember too, but that didn't seem to go anywhere. More relevant experience than Rekieta? You decide.

Now Nick says re: the daughter cocaine test that he "doesn't believe it was her hair"

What the fuck does that mean? Is he saying there was a lab mix up and it was someone else's hair? Is he saying that her hair was tested but not why it came back positive?
Since everything is a conspiracy in Nick's mind my read was he was suggesting the test was deliberately sabotaged in order to incriminate him; either the lab or the state swapped the genuine hair sample for a contaminated one to frame Nick.

I have absolutely no idea how this is supposed to square with the dozens of other completely contradictory theories he's proffered as to why his child testing positive for cocaine wasn't his fault, but that's how I interpret his statement.
His LONG uncivil law rant seems so out of place, exactly what did Kurt touch up on that makes him so mad?
Kurt said that Nick text him saying they weren't friends any more, meaning not only does he fall outside the light of King Balldo's court, but his publicly naming Nick as the one to break off the friendship slights the infallible King. These sins can never be erased.

TL;DR It's basically Null's shower texts 2.0.

I watched like ~45 minutes of this and it was unbearable and bizarre. Constantly insisting everyone is wrong and retarded after being sentenced to 5 years probation is truly insane behavior. If I knew him IRL I'd peace out and cut my ties, dude is clearly a sinking ship.

(Not that any of this is new)

Who was this for? Wine moms?

I am glad I decided to go bed instead of watching this disaster. Nick fulfilled every expectation I had for him.
He lied, constantly, about everything.

And he still made more money with this stream than many Twitch streamer do in 12 hour stream.
His viewers are as sad and pathetic as he is.

Due to his small town venue, the judge was never going to go against the police narrative. He STILL has not gotten all the discovery he was supposed to. He does not want to badmouth his lawyer, but some arguments were not made well.
So we went from a multifaceted establishmentarian conspiracy to shut down the brave libertarian freedom fighter to "THE SIZE OF THIS COURT IS TINY (like Skelly's dick)". :really:
God. What a massive joke.

Nick votes on tax policy and anti-war bases. He does not really care who wins. He wants his son to not be in a war.
For the sake of the military, I don't think they want a 17-year-old who can't cook wants to be some actor in the war either.
Though from the perspective of so called adversaries like China and Russia, sure!

They treated him like a drug dealer.
Man with over 25 grams or 400+ KNU worth of cocaine in an emaciated skelly state who drives around and befriends druggies like Juju and Ethan Ralph 🐷 was treated like a drug dealer. Wow, it's rocket science. Why would that be?

I'm pretty sure Pablo Escobar and El Chapo never dosed their children. Skelly is worse than them.

Kurt was never a practicing lawyer (did patent work before quitting for full time youtube).
Fair. Apparently he was just a patent examiner according to LinkedIn. I believe he did private stuff too, but I cannot find it. Kurt doesn't have much experience other than being admitted.

Bingo, see attached. Obviously this start to Season 2 is nothing earth-shattering after a tough act to follow, but a few small-l locals thought you guys would be interested to know that Nick and April have been lying to others about her supposedly having moved back home to Litchfield.

In actuality she is still living in WILLMAR despite having no family or friends there other than the qover, after she moved directly from the sold half of the Balldo Bunker to a quaint rental at 7286 Highway 71 South. Rumors abound about a certain douchey midlife-crisis-mobile coming in and out of the neighborhood every now and again, but that last part has yet to be fully documented.

If Nick wants to keep his sidepiece in the bullpen so he can frolic and detour from all his constant driving for the occasional quickie behind Kayla's back, he'd better at least pick out a different fuckshack and buy April a way less recognizable ride. Allegedly he could afford it.
Silverado? She may have shit taste in guys but at least she has good taste in trucks, I'll give her that.

Taking his children away was the worst thing they did to him.
He believes the test results were fake/fabricated/errors/lies/mishandled/etc yet that wasn't the worst thing the "state" did. This tells me he dosed his child.
More insanity from chat:

This is levels of blasphemy that's making some "leave me alone" atheist like me uncomfortable, especially during Easter. Which disciples of Jesus Christ was arrested for possessing distributive amounts of cocaine, and which one had their children test positive at more than 10x the cutoff? I'm sure they're burning in Hell. That's where Skelly belongs.
Having his private life made public was traumatic.
Yeah.
Like putting someone's mental breakdown during COVID on full exhibition just to get back at a website which originally told you to keep your freak sex garbage private. Even after the Hedonism II thing, most people weren't exactly "antifans".
oh my fucking god, Nick is repeating the "metabolites that get into hair" narrative again.
He promises to eventually show proof and studies that it is possible.

Get ready for the Nick Quora arc.
Nick is saying that the washing process gave the hair test an OVER 5.000 result for cocaine.
LOL! So delusional.
-Nick will show how cocaine and metabolites get into hair samples. He has studies he can show. It has not been proven that his daughter was exposed.
Metabolites?
Did he mean the drug itself? So he's conflating the two YET AGAIN. This fucking retard skelly should just shut his Aaroncocklicker and noose himself. An improper wash can bind environmentally contaminated cocaine onto hair to yield a higher result, typically it will still be below cut-off, or borderline. It will NEVER EVER YIELD >5000pg/mg. Never.

If it wasn't a dimwitted misunderstanding of metabolites, how did a wash cause cocaine to metabolise into benzoylecgonine? Because that sounds fucking retarded.

We still don't exactly know if the >5000pg/mg figure was COCAINE or a METABOLITE. It seems like skelly doesn't know either.

-Nick never got statistics on the lab failure rate and swap errors where you get someone else's results reported as your own.
Because that never fucking happens unless there's a total breakdown of protocol. He never got "those statistics" because it simply does not happen.

"Washing the hair can actually put metabolites into the hair when it's supposed to clean it. So the coke the cop rubbed into her hair was 1000% washed into her hair"

"Also there's false positives and sometimes hair samples got swapped"
The cop rubbed many grams of coke into her hair.
Then her hair was sampled.
The hair being washed in cleansing solution caused the cocaine to metabolise into benzoylecgonine.

Make this make sense. That's not how benzoylecgonine is synthesised in the laboratory. It's pretty easy but not that simple.

Kys skelly
