Oh please oh please oh please
Now you cant bring that up without showing us.
I don't
think I have it anymore because he sent it to me in 2019, there was a hard drive crash since, and when I was helping him during the first part of Weebwars, it was through DMs on his old Nick Rekieta Twitter account (when you get yeeted off Twitter, the entire DM history goes with it).
If it softens the blow any, I don't recall it being particularly funny or cringe. Otherwise I would have mentioned this WAY earlier. As I recall, it was about an Astartes talking to a Guardsman about how their death will honor the Emperor, or some shit, and it was like two pages. I didn't even really understand it at the time, because I was just beginning to look into WH40K.
I still have the omnibus copy of Gaunt's Ghosts he sent me on my Kindle though. Not that that helps anybody here.
The point is, he's as much a nerd as anyone. He paints WH40k figures, he's written WH40k fanfiction, he owns all the books, he's bragged about he knows Ty Beard, and Ty supposedly tried to buy GDW at some point, etc.
And there's nothing wrong with any of that, really. He's just displaying more hypocrisy in calling people nerds
The Drukhari love is kinda creepy though. Yet it makes SO much sense now, in retrospect.
It's the old maddox trick, fuck the girl of the one you truly lust over so you can "own him".
Yeah but 80's Girl, much to the shock of everyone on the forum who thought otherwise (self included), got what she wanted in the end.
I don't think Nick is putting a baby in April and marrying her but, hey, people were wrong about Juju... so who knows.
Isn't patent law one of the most lucrative legal fields? How much money is Kurt making off YouTube. He must be a shit lawyer if that's better than his previous career.
He was on the government end. It pays okay I suppose but it's not like actually litigating in private practice or being the VP of Intellectual Property for some big business.
Kurt held a paygrade of GS-13 (about equivalent to a light Colonel), and had a base salary of $126,000. I wrote a post on this
back in August of 2023.
As Nick proved, you can way make more on YouTube, but it's talent dependent.
Now I wanna see Kurt make six figures or better on Youtube, because
fuck Nick. Same with everybody else in Lawtube he talked shit about and thinks he's better than.
