Thankfully, motorcycles are still a thing. Part of the reason they haven't gotten as enshittified as the car is because its already a small vehicle and it is quite easy to convert a bicycle into a motorized one. That said, a converted bicycle carries its own set of problems but at the very least its considered a type of transport most jobs will accept.

Desuwa is practically the only dev. I doubt it'll be open source considering this is only the leak and Desuwa wrote the instructions; he probably considers the code to be a lost cause (it's over). If he was going to do open source, then he would've (maybe) made a new public project, so what's likely and was stated many times in this thread is that a complete rewrite is happening. How long is unknown, but 2 more weeks should suffice.
I just went to slower blue boards for the most part. Those never had the kinds of problems you'd see on places like /pol/ or something that at least implied a subject matter but end up becoming colonized by /h/, /sneed/ or some variant of either. Open up a few threads about games nobody but the biggest autists care about, reply a few times a day and you're going to have a pretty good time. Works just like a regular forum at that point.
