There is a Russian website that has mods that have been removed from other websites and mods that are behind a paywall. Its called https://www.playground.ru/. There was an old mod from a game that I can't remember and the links were dead. I went to Playground and the mod was there.

I knew there was some faggot shit in Baldur's Gate 3, but it was this much is shocking. To know Baldur's Gate 3 was praised as best game ever and given awards is just crazy stuff. When you see how much they fucked up the game with their shit. The whole fucking game is unplayable without these mods. Now all we only need is a DRM free version with all the mod installed and torrent the hell out of it.

This is the problem with fixing games like this. People who wouldn't be interested become interested and create a community around them promoting the original game. You're working for someone else's interests even if you think you're against them.

You want people to forget the fag stuff exists because they're promoting your non-fag game instead. Daldur's door matters and could have an impact on the market, while cleaning up the fag content gets you stickers on the farms and a few retweets on Twitter. If you want to make them angry you can just make someone straight and you will get the same amount of anger as all of this work gets. The debate is about corruption against creation. If Baldur's gate is pozzed garbage why support it in any way? Why give your enemy more sales and attention? Every sale to play the non-gay mod is giving money to the gay development pool. It's really easy to understand why it's a bad idea to support something you oppose. Never played the game, but I just wanted to say this is an incredible project. Very glad to see it, even if the Larian doesn't deserve another penny.
My hope is that stuff like this puts pressure on higher-ups to stop fucking hiring all these lunatic troons and race-obsessed activists, they represent literally no one of value and destroy the soul of anything they touch.

People sperging about this thinking that it would make a difference somehow, as if the industry isn't lost already and the only hope you could get is maybe AA or indies making something not pozzed, the only way for the market to change in the end is having the people making those games change, and that would only happen with an influx of new devs with the same mentality as those modders.

Sure a mod won't do a damn thing positively or negatively in the grand scheme of things, but those modders might grow and become those very people we want in the gaming industry, so why not try to be supportive?
