That is certainly not correct, as there was ongoing coverage regarding another judicial determination, multiple pretrial disclosures, contested motion practice, a third hearing, new counsel, expert disclosures, exhibit and witness lists filed for a contested CHIPS trial postponed from July to August, etc. that spanned new filings timestamped through mid-to-late July, which is why it is commonly inferred that late July would have been the time when the file would have been sealed, as @Strix454 noted.

This may have been confusing since transcripts getting issued later in time than the hearings led to some releases not being in strictly chronological order, but a simple search by username would pull up everything that happened through July. Your post is about the various CHIPS documents that are not focused on Nick's drug testing, particularly. We know about his refusal to disclose his drug test due to @MNPublicRecords in his/her original dump (over several posts) of the June 6 hearing. (I also focused on MNPublicRecords because they seem very relevant all over agan.)

Having said all that, your post is interesting because it might be worthwhile to compile a document about what we know, and when we knew it, since the arrest. It's been a LOT. I would volunteer, however, I don't currently have the bandwidth to do so. IF Nick breaks his probation requirements, it might be worthwhile, but it's probably not worth anyone's time.
