Binger and Krause were called to the carpet multiple times for trying to violate Rittenhouse's rights or trying to provoke a mistrial.

There's the post arrest silence being called into question.
Binger trying to bring up the the video of Kyle talking about shooting his AR over the heads of protestors, which the judge had excluded.
He tried bring up why Rosenbaum hated the police, which Richards had to lean over and tell him to cut it out.
You have Krause saying that Kyle should have dropped his gun to fist fight Rosenbaum "Everybody takes a beating sometime".
Gaige Grosskreutz's entire testimony, his prohibited handgun and Chirafisi obliterated him on cross examination. Getting him to admit Kyle didn't shoot until he pointed his weapon directly at him.
They tried to bully the autistic photographer but he made them look like corrupt fools.
The drone footage they gave the defense was of noticeably lower resolution.
They never even measured the length of the gun until damn near the end of the trial, resulting in that charge being tossed immediately.


You can tell the DA was under immense pressure to secure a conviction on Rittenhouse.

This is a bit off-topic but I think it is worth pointing out that both of those Prosecutors are/were not as retarded as you might think. They utilized retarded legal strategies sure, but it was to attack people who had been decreed guilty by the media. If you bring a case against those people you are hero within certain circles and you'll be rewarded with something far above your current station as a prosecutor. Sure it is a gross malpractice of law to do so, but if you have no scruples at all who cares.

To put it in a phrase these prosecutors are Hatchet men.

No sane legal strategy results in the prosecutor disbarred.

The complete made up nature of that case was batshit by the time the truth came out.

Binger fucked up but afaik he was not disbarred and thrown in prison. He got a chewing out and some infamy that will hurt his career.

In bingers defense, I will grant him that at least Rittenhouse was there and he did in fact put bullets into three. There was at least a basis in fucking reality that something happened

If he's staying true to form, he's waiting for all his "no stop the trial and do what I want" motions to be resolved, which will happen at the hearing. The sanctions filings were really the big step in a new direction for Russ. He put all that time into them... and immediately got smacked down. The lesson he took away from that was likely "don't try anything new", so now he's back to waiting for a judge to bail him out, as usual.
