Trogdor the devourer returns on raw, WEARING THE SAME CLOTHES!

Orton vs. Cena looks to be happening in the near future. Now it's not likely Cena drops the title to Orton, but if he did it could plant a future feud between Randy and Cody where Cody is the heel.
Backlash is in St. Louis, where Orton is billed from so that's where they'll do the match. Orton definitely isn't winning, but I think it's a strong start for Cena's reign to beat Orton in his first defense. Cena will have to put in more effort, though. They can start doing the more story-driven title matches after that.

yeah it's a nice way to kick off this storyline, sets the basic idea, Orton can give an important win to establish dominance for Cena, already teasing Lesnsar
ngl this is one of the better-defined wrestling angles I can think of in a long time outside of something like literally a Kinnikuman arc where they establish the core stakes and a defined ending point

I called the Cena victory a week or so ago, and I’m guessing they are gonna more or less follow my predicted roadmap, albeit with Orton at backlash instead of Cody:

The thing is that the Punk feud could still happen if Cena wins. Have Punk have a match for the title at Summer Slam (and lose) before Cody wins the title back at Survivor Series, or maybe vice versa. Also, people have been clamoring for a heel Cena for years, and the only thing better than a heel Cena is heel Cena as champion.

I think the ideal roadmap for the title after a Cena WM win would go like:

Backlash: Rematch with Cody, Cena retains.

Summer Slam/Crown Jewel: Cena faces another superstar (probably Punk or Reigns, but more likely Punk), Cena retains

Survivor Series: Rematch against Cody, Cody wins.

Regarding a face turn, I doubt WWE would want to retire one of their biggest historical babyfaces as a heel, so he would turn face after losing to Cody at SS (Cena going up and hugging Cody after Cena loses, which would callback to how the heel turn began), having been inspired by Cody’s determination to get the title back. Maybe Cena even does a match or two as a face before Jan 1st comes around.

Ok, so Paul Heyman got into shit on r/squaredcircle for making a (funny imo) deportation joke. Now their fantasing about deportations, calling him a cunt, etc. fuck's wrong with reddit man..
This unlocked a childhood memory of watching ECW during the Elian Gonzalez insanity. One of the commentators asked the other if he thought the kid should be sent back to Cuba and he replied, "Yes, send him back. Hell, send them all back!" I remember laughing really hard at that.

By the way, looking back at the Dark Side Ludvig Borga episode, they said most of his controversial stuff happened after he left WWE, I was thinking Sean O'Haire was a similar one, minus the tattoo and other stuff related to that. Would that mean we'll be getting a future episode with Sean O'Haire?
