I'm going to expose myself right now and say I've not watched a LOT of Josh's content at all outside of crashouts and highlights because this shit is depressing. But does he always have that weird, chuffing cough? I could easily see it being his 'tism tic or something, but I knew someone who died of heart problems once, and they had that exact same kind of chuffing cough for a while just before they keeled over on the toilet.

Granted... that person was like 350lb's +. But still...

This is the first time I’ve seen him cough like that. It could just an awkward cough considering he’s drunk and retarded, but something to keep an eye on for sure.

In my experience, people have more phlegm built up right after waking up usually, and I think drinking/dehydration makes it worse.

Unironically, Tunisia would've been a better option for him. Getting drunk and wasted there is totally alright since the country is fairly secular by MENA standards. Drag him to the ruins of the Star Wars set there.

Hell, he could've just gone to Turkey since it's richer and also more secular than the Gulf States.
 
Drinking on the plane ride home. Check out his nails; shockingly clean.

Leads me to believe that he is a lot more aware of his surroundings then he leads on. Don’t get me wrong; he still probably has a strong musk between the alcohol sweats and dirty clothing but I think he makes some attempt at cleaning up in order to fly.

He might actually kill himself if he got on a no fly list.

Both genetics and tolerance play a huge role, and he has the tolerance part down. Anecdotally, both my wife and I are from (different) heavy drinking cultures and don't get hangovers.
