The tweet was really badly written. He didn’t actually say he was 14 and the cousin was 6, he said it started when the cousin was 6 and finished when Kanye was 14.

I agree with the previous poster that if they were both very young, then this is actually a sad and very honest admission of the reality of exposing small children to sexual content. If there wasn’t a significant age gap he shouldn’t be shamed for talking about the biggest symptom of being molested as a child, which is sexualised behaviour towards other children.
If you have an inherent adverse dislike of blacks then no, you won't like rap music. If you don't care about shit like that then chances are you will like at least one or two of his songs. Regardless, he was objectively very musically inclined. Listen to Graduation, that's an example of a universally well liked album by him
