Fatigue and nodding off during the day, irritability, mood swings, feeling of hopelessness, soreness, muscle weakness, no motivation, lack of appetite, blurry vision, inability of the body to regulate temperature which gets worse at night coupled with insomnia. And then the nightmares punctuated by more insomnia. And the nightmares seem so real, they melt your memories with what is going on currently and it makes a hell of a horror movie.
