That's all interesting but... wasn't Korn always kind of clearly OPENLY abuse orientated? Like even if you didn't pay attention to their theming/lyrics, The fucking first album has that last track "daddy" with a hidden track 14 minutes in all about familial abuse.Was gonna post this on Easter but didn't want to ruin anyone's day lol. You guys ever see the /mu/ threads where an anon said all the Korn album covers were about child abuse? I think the White Rabbit and the rabbit hole are used as symbols of child abuse, lost innocence, and navel gazing/introspection/being mislead. The old English word for rabbit was coney, pronounced cunny, but when that word took on sexual connotations it was sanitized as bunny. Not only was Lewis Carroll obsessed with nude girls, he was known for writing nonsense:
NONSENSE -> NONCE SENSE
There is NO known etymology for the origin of nonce and its connection to children, nor the literary "nonce words", words invented just for the occasion. It could only come from some inherent connotation; where else but Lewis Carroll's predilections?
Jefferson Airplane singer Grace Slick was the daughter of an investment banker and joined the band at a club called THE MATRIX, forming a group called THE GREAT SOCIETY. In the movie The Matrix, Morpheus offers the red pill to "find out just how deep the rabbit hole goes", and the Jefferson Airplane song White Rabbit refers to pills that make you larger and smaller - basically, tranny pills that alter your hormones.
"And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you're going to fall"
-- i.e. if you're trying to touch kids and know you're going to get caught
"Tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar
Has given you the call"
-- i.e. use your connections to the rich and powerful to get away with it

When the truth is found to be lies
And all the joy within you dies
Don't you want somebody to love?
I'd argue they were never hiding it, it was pretty clear, at least to me. For fuck's sake look at that album art.
Even when I was a kid, and they were hot, I remember thinking "okay, some fucked up shit went down with this guy, based off his lyrics/album art". I'd argue that if anything, Korn was trying to expose it (if not industry wise, at least personally?)
You can hear him break the fuck down at the end, then the band is like
