All the faces have the modern fantasy RPG look of being bizarrely big and exaggerated but also plastic. This must be an issue with Unreal or how modern devs don't know how to model characters without scanning an actor's face in one to one.
I can't blame anyone, really. Starfield was an omega flop shit game, Fallout 4 wasn't great, Avowed was utter shit, Oblivion but with better combat is basically 10/10 in the current landscape.
I feel like the best way to slip this mod through would be to allow players to type whatever they want for those two options, and market it as for those who don't like 1 and 2 and would like to change it to A and B. Y'know. That'd be the primary use case, right?
There's a game called Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon that's gonna be coming out of early access soon. The UI and setting are kind of generic but based on what I've seen it looks like if Skyrim was fun. I'm interested in it at any rate.
