the issue is the people with nothing to lose are homeless people in and drug addicts who are either leftist already or are fodder for leftist to recruit

Once the system collapses and they stop getting gibs or are unable to skim off the top these are the people who will rise up. Do you think the drug zombies of San Fracisco care about ending the fed,sound money, the anti christ or the importance of a traditional christian family ?

I'm also always a little surprised how quickly Vietnam was able to get over the Vietnam War. I always got the feeling collectively the whole country agreed that the whole scenario sucked for everyone but they can't let it ruin the future. Any other Asian country would be holding onto that glurge for generations.

A lot of the Viet-Kong didn't understand what communism actually was, funny enough. They were just illiterate peasants who thought it meant resisting colonialism and making your flag red. It was a critical moment after their victory over the south that most of those veterans went home and started small businesses, something which angrily side-lined the actual communists in the government.

Shit man, was there some sort of article of the "NPC talking points upload" sort, because you are five for five of what I saw old high school friends talking in a chat in the last day alone. Hell, since noon even. Really eerie, but the crazy part is how none of the ones talking about this fall under any of these categories. The ones that do? Largely unbothered. Sure, their options of Trump will range all across the board, but never the sheer hysteria that they're on the chopping block. I think it's that lack of characteristic that really drives the fearmongering. When you hear that you share some attribute that will get you exterminated somehow, you're more inclined to actually look to see any merit to that claim.
