Her “job” is probably to acquire drugs and keep them safe for him, so he isn’t in possession. Although I don’t think it’s Dan, I think the poster is both:

a) Someone local to Nick. They would have to be to access some of the documents they did, and they also alluded to this in their last post.

Possibly related to Kayla, but not necessarily.

b) Someone with a second account on the forum. Their posts are full of in-jokes from the thread, so they’re here quite a bit. They keep track of posts to quote in their drops. But at the same time, their account is only active for a minute or so when they post. Then they go dark. Of course, it’s possible they could be browsing as a guest the rest of the time. However, it’s more likely they are logging out of one account and logging into @MNPublicRecords to post a drop.

I’m not really eager to figure out exactly who @MNPublicRecords is, but I enjoy their content and hope they keep posting.

I like to think that it’s the oldest kid in a mission of revenge mixed with trying to help.

In reality it’s probably some mouse like secretary from the courthouse, so yeah. No reveal please. I kinda like my headcanon.
