Is this guy employed by phase in any way?
Cause if so, yeah he needs to go.
He's a shorts editor, and I've only seen his credits on Pippa's shorts. Haven't looked that deeply into it though so I could be wrong.
His twitter bio says his clients are Pippa, Idol and Specialite EN, so I guess it all comes down to Pippa to employ him or not.

All the bugs are still in the game, my friend just duped, same with spell crafting.

God knows what kinda horrible spells they'll make
heres hoping Nerissa does, I love her but a lot of her gaming streams as of late is her playing games that really aren't that good (at least in my personal opinion), would love to see her reaction to an Elder Scrolls game
What has she been playing lately?

the new Monster Hunter and Minecraft collabs mostly, the minecraft collabs are entertaining even if I im not really into MC personally anymore
Ahh, I haven't watched much of that yet. I usually listen to the girls when I'm at work.

But if you say the MC stuff is good, I'll give it a gander

I wouldnt get my hopes up. She hasn't really been playing anything. During her extended Japan trip most of her streams have just been her talking usually with a hot pot. The last couple months her game streams have been one inzoi stream two monster hunter streams, and minecract streams when the world opened. This year she has had seven solo gaming streams.

Presumably that's because she has been doing things to prepare for this world tour. I doubt she is going to play anything that requires commitment.

At first I thought HoloEarth was a good alternative for hosting their concerts ingame instead of streaming on youtube. The few times they did with Calli and Azki were really nice. Why give youtube a cut when you can host it by yourself and sell virtual merch ingame. But this Genshin knock off and all the money being poured into it seems like a worse idea every time I see it pop up. They just released an anime trailer of it for the version 1.0 and they hired Ikumi Hasegawa as the protagonist (who voiced the female lead in 86, Kita from Bocchi the Rock or Ubel from Frieren) and Shion Wakayama as Mathra (who voiced Momo from Dandadan and one of the girls from Lycoris Recoil). The animation looks really good but why sink so much many into that stuff?
Version 1.0 will be released on April 24

A bit 'tistic of me but the fact that her models both have gradient hair colors which look like they're trying to emulate being affected by lighting but the light source with chibi Nimi seems to be overhead while full Nimi is to the side bothers me.
Can you talk a bit more in detail about what you mean? I don't quite get it.
I like to draw.

Rather have Hologirls voice stuff in my Hologame or whatever this is, even if its amateur tier.

Not an artist or familiar with how chuuba models and illumination work so take this with a grain of salt.

Let's ignore that the each model's hair is a different hue of anime brunette for now and focus on how light or dark the shade of color in the models' respective hair:
proxy-image.webpNimi_Nightmare_full_size.webp
Two things they have consistent is that the topmost part of the hair is of a lighter shade which would imply it's illuminated by an invisible light source and they both have the anime glare effect at the middle of their hair which from the looks of it would where the head end if the chuuba models were to go bald.

Now, Chibi Nimi has this glare effect stretching to her right-hand side bit of hair. This would imply that the invisible light source lighting up chibi Nimi's hair would be above her head but not in a 12 o'clock sun way since the left-hand side does not have the glare. If you look at the hair from top to bottom, it gradually goes from lighter to darker shades to give the effect of illumination and shadows.

And for Nimi's new model, the glare seems just cosmetic and kept in for consistency? The glare should imply the hypothetical light source is overhead but looking at the shades of color, it seems like the right-hand side of the model is lighter and therefore, illuminated, while the left-hand side is darker and in the shadow. Since the right-hand side stays the same shade from top to bottom, we can conclude that the light source of this model should be around the height of Nimi's head and located to her right-hand side.

That's the first thing that stuck out to me with this model. The shading makes her look like one of those scene girls/zillennial alt girls who'd dye two halves of her hair different colors.

the same reason why other gacha games dump money on popular voice actors.

Because the gacha business model prints enough money that it pays for it 50 times over. Hell holoearth has the advantage of the fact that they only need to cast outside seiyuu for a few original characters, while anything in app that will involve holomem they can just do in house.
