I support government owned and operated housing to give tenets leverage and to anchor the cost of housing and of course White pride worldwide.
Maybe you should ask all the people in Eastern Europe how well that worked out for them.

In eastern Europe there wasn't an alternative to commie blocks because private development was illegal, even if there was there wasn't an economy to support it. I am not advocating for state owned housing for every single citizen that would be insane. I am advocating for enough housing supply to be a baseline standard for housing meaning that landlords can't raise rents to high because they will always have an alternative forcing them to compete on service and quality not desperation.
I m gonna chime in on this. Because I'm dealing with this first hand.
I inherited the house I grew up in, I dont live in it. I rent it out. I also own a "vintage" read 100 year old multi family.
But first I want to say that central goverment planning of the economy is a bad idea. It introduces signal/market noise that makes it hard to know what something is really worth. It also encourages what I call Fuck Fuck games. Where political appointments are handed out as payment/political favors.
I much more perfer regulatiosn thats prevent the exisitance of too big to fail companies and that banks and companies that play games and fuck around are allowed to find out.
Okay back to housing.
The state of California has a state wide rent control laws it caps rent increases to something called "local inflations plus 5% not to more that 10% and I can only do an increase once every 12 months"
This means that if I dont stay on pop of my tenants rent and jack it up every year I risk falling behind the market, and that shitty 100 year old multi family that has happened. one dude who is a good tenant is paying 45% less than his neighbors.
I know have an incentive to try and get rid of him, I wont because he s a good boy pays on time and never gives me shit.
The rules for single family homes are different I can decide I want to live in my house again and basically kick the people out. So if these people fall behind the market because it moves higher than thats going to happen.
I will now rant about the poor property owners/land lords.
I worked in property maintence for management companies for years. Hell after some health issues i became something of a supervisor for some land lords directly.
normally before clown world rent is cheaper than mortgage after all why pay some one elses note? well there are reasons for this, I had one family in my house that had to do a short sale and to their credit they lived in my place for 5 years and soon as they could they bought a place right up the street.
So people want to get rich in real estate what do they do they buy a rental they take out a loan, they then have no skills to screen tenants they get tenatns who dont pay and worse wreck the place. So now your stuck paying the bank, paying evicition costs whose real costs are the time it takes to go through the courts and I ve often told owners its best to take the 700 dollars your gonna pay to file and serve the eviction and just bribe the tenant to fuck off.
I have seen a bad tenant cost the owner over 10K and set them back over a year, worth of rent. I have seen this happen back to back. I ve told peolple who ask about this shit that
"if you dont know how to screen tenants and get a bad one you can recover, If you dont know what your doing and get two bad tenants back to back you will beg someone to take that property off your hands"
Seen that happen a few times now.
Okay to bring this back to my thesis. The states laws fuck everybody. If I m a greedy owner and raise the rent higher than the market rate my tenants should be able to say "oh fuck this there is a better deal just down the street and go take the better deal"
The rent control prevents that.
So yeah I would love for the state to basically build and run their own fucking housing rather than tell private owners what they can and cant do. Also the lack of housing supply comes from an over emphasis on signle family homes, muliti family of various sizes need to be built.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk
