If the jobs only exist because of tariffs isn't that not just relying on the teat of the government ? If you want people to feel a sense of pride in work why not jsut have employment requirements attached to government housing programs then.
This has got to be the worst attempted "gotcha" I've ever seen in a "debate". It's the kind of argument a 6 year old would make arguing with their Kindergarten teacher. This post is proof that this chimp isn't a "debate bro" like he claims, he's just a tard looking to disrupt discussion here and it would be nice if people stopped wasting thread space by arguing with him, it just makes you look dumb for not realizing this dude is only here to disrupt. Or he should be thread banned since he actively tries to purposely ruin the thread.

Why should I have to ? If the government raises your income tax by say 20% and you can't afford groceries why not "adapt" and "learn" to function better in a calorie shortage and to scavenge for food
And here he is trying to claim learning how a pc works to play games on it is luderally the same thing as scavenging for food. This dude is deeply unserious and arguing with him is a waste of time.

It's a subtle effect, but even buying second hand benefits the original manufacturer, because there being a second hand market for goods means that first hand buyers can justify a higher initial price because they'll "just sell it on when they release a new one" (and are likely already selling their old one to subsidize the new one).
People are not going to buy your dusty old computer that you probably mined crypto on. Especially not if games like GTA 6 come out and their minimum specs demand a 24 VRAM.

Gamers Nexus released an in-depth video on the impact of tariffs on the hobbyist PC building space, which extends to electronics in general.
Many companies were interviewed. This also includes a logistics and freight handling company. The representative explained the tariffs very well.
Affordable computing died ages ago, it's quite literally a joke that graphics cards are impossibly high priced. This is the death of enthusiast computing.

Wait how could these possibly be being listed? The 50 series is out now! Don't these people know?!
This isn't a technology general so I'm not going to make fun of you for not understanding why the 4070 is undesirable. I will let the long-haired guy one of you linked earlier to start this discussion explain all of the problems instead. If that's too long: Nvidia is in the business of providing less and charging more.
We can run the goalposts of this discussion toward other graphics cards, but all the ones that might be useful are sold well above MSRP by scalpers. Even secondhand ones (which you receive no guarantee will function well nor for a long time) are well above the $1500 range on average.

Trump's lawsuit against the DNC law firm Perkins Coie got assigned to a corrupt Obama judge:

lol it used to be that once you got a "federal government job" you were set for life no matter how poorly you perform. Now that Trump's killed that gravy train, it looks like it's the judges lining up to take full advantage of the gig.

C'mon, Congress, just gut the federal judiciary and start over. It'll be really fuckin' funny. Do it!

I'm convinced every American company crying about tariffs are just dropshippers.
Not at all. I feel some sympathy for these smaller companies who place themselves into a larger international chain of manufacturing. Your average... anything, has tons of small pieces that are not made in-house by the company whose brand you see on the packaging. They're made in various factories in various countries. A lot of replacement factories don't exist in the USA and will take years to pop up.

Meanwhile, trump is mulling over $5000 cash every baby born....to women.

NO amount of money will increase birthrate. It can only increase if women are FORCED to choose between shitty career or POTENTIAL happy family
Chinese marriage rate continues to plummet.

Chinese marriage rate continues to plummet.
China has a lot of the same problems America does as it's grown exponentially. The key difference is China maintains tight control over its media, so the government's psychopathic disregard for the lives of its own bug-people is never made obvious. I'm sure as this tariff war starts to hurt both countries, China will produce more glossy videos of skyscrapers with more gaudy glowing lights than the Vegas Strip while insisting they've endured no damage.

If you thought most of these tariffs would be forced onto US consumers, you are fucking retarded. It was just another MSM lie.
You're literally just wrong, and I can say that confidently because it's what's taking place where I work at.

I'm in the US and our company's biggest manufacturers are implementing a surcharge to make up for tariffs. We have to pass that surcharge down to our clients to make up for the change in price, because we're not going to eat the cost for nothing. Our clients, in turn, are going to upcharge their customers because they also don't want to eat the cost for nothing. The US consumer is paying for these tariffs.

I don't know how you can say something that contradicts reality with such confidence.

Well, those small plastic pieces must not be that costly, seeing how they're small and plastic. So, if a ten cent plastic widget in a 30 dollar product costs fourteen cents more, that's not going to cut too deep.

I saw some retard with an Ukraine tshirt and a Luigi hat at the doctors office yesterday. Young and needed a cane. Far leftists are the most dysgenic people I’ve met. Even meth head neo-Nazis are more functional.
Right after Luigi sperged out and had his soyboy nigger moment I saw a picture on reddit of a pro Luigi protest and every single one of the three dozen protesters was fucking fat I'm talking 300+ bones easy.

All people that would be dead if not for pharmaceuticals and Healthcare and they're protesting against it, fucking morons.

Have you considered working at an American company?
