You have to take them out to eat, you fucking nasty. I'll tell you why:He 100% has this thread bookmarked, the teef posting has finally gotten to him;
1. Food debris gets trapped in your trays if you don't, which is really bad for your teeth - there isn't enough saliva flow into the trays to prevent bacteria/plaque accumulation, you're going to end up with cavities and bad breath;
2. The grinding motion of the trays together will wear them down, which makes the surface very rough and unpleasant; and
3. Just ew, now you have food bits in your CLEAR plastic trays that everyone can see and that you can't clean without removing them from your teeth.
Yeah, it hurts, it's annoying, take some Tylenol and cry about it. The pain goes away after about a week.
I know I'm talking to a brick wall here but it's sort of baffling to me how he feels like he has to take shortcuts or the easy way out at every turn, whether it's roiding up or getting botox or eating with fucking plastic over your teeth because you don't want to take the 20 seconds to take it out.
