Let's pretend for a moment that Creator Clash is actually a charity event and the money goes to charity. Sure. That doesn't mean that the people who are being paid to contribute are giving anything to charity. There are millions of people all around the world who collect salary from charities (not that Creator Clash is a registered charity), they are called employees. They don't claim they are doing things 'for charity', they are doing their jobs.

You know what people who do things for charity are? Volunteers. They donate their time and their money to ensure events run smoothly. This is how people get to sit on their moral high horse, by taking a personal loss to embetter others. If you are getting $20-$40k, you aren't taking any personal loss. You are getting paid. You are a fucking contractor, Harley. You have no more right to claim you are doing something for charity than the accountant who has a Non-Profit as a paid client.

How do other charity boxing events run by literal whos earn money? The lawyers, bankers and construction workers who are fighting don't get paid, they pay for their training out of pocket, and they lose both time and money in order to compete. In addition to how they are putting their bodies on the line. There is personal sacrifice. There is none for the creators here.

Also, setting aside the charity aspect, it is so fucking blatant that no one on any of the cards has ever been involved in amateur sport before. You know what happens with amateur sport, you take a hit to your income in order to compete. You pay your own way, you dedicate your own time and money, you destroy your own body, and all you get out of it is personal accomplishment. If you don't go pro, and power to those who go pro, then you are in it purely for the love of the game. Sure they may be fit, but it's gym-only fit, I doubt any of them have any background in any sort of competitive sport. That's not inherently a bad thing on its own but they are entering this space and shitting it up with their Californian ideals.

All of this could have been avoided if they were honest in how they marketed Creator Clash. "It's an influencer boxing event, we're going to make sure our friends get paid, and a small portion of the left over money will go to charity." No one would care beyond clowning on you for a failed event, there would be no moral outrage.
