Excellent digging. I love this comment...

... because it's from someone who should be an ally (a Viva follower), a lawyer, and it's 100% accurate. It could be a comment ITT, but he's just watching from the stands.
He used "could care less" instead of "couldn't care less".

As a lawyer of 30 years he should know better.

It drives me insane and yes I'm a petty bitch.

I believe we will see a move, eventually if the social outlook does not improve. Before, Kayla was too tied to her family, but if there is stress there, Nick might convince her to make the jump.
Nick would love to isolate the family even more than his actions already have. Pray for those kids.

Wasn't the reason Drex did break contact with Balldo because he also fucked something up at the time? I think it was never properly explained.
One can only hope Drex learned his lesson after this time to not get involved with niggers.
My recollection of the lore was Nick move to BFN (ie Spicer) and didn't bother to maintain the friendship. Drex was still in his mom's basement in the Twin Cities. Which, that happens a lot after college. Moving, kids, work, etc. It's true though, Nick reached out to Drex to use as a shield when his black face photo resurfaced.

A source within the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility informs me that they are investigating Rekieta, but that they cannot reveal more
I hope they interview Aaron. I also hope they consider Nick's statements these days, especially while seemingly still representing himself as a lawyer on YouTube.

Yeah he for sure used him. But Nick is a Nerd that still cries like a bitch 35 years after his plastic Transformer was taken from him. As such a Person, you usually still keep in touch with your best friends / gaming buddies. Then again we are talking about the Balldo,

I vaguely remember Drex mentioning breaking contact with him, because he did something. But to be honest, it's too much work for such a minor detail.

Viva's Balldo YT interview

I haven't been in the thread for about a year. Viva's interview with Nick popped up in my recommendations.

I didn't watch the actual video, but was skimming the comments (which were mostly smoothbrain balldowashers and "do not cast the first stone" hopeless types) when I came across this Balldo reply to a fairly innocuous comment about his daughter's hair follicle result.

I very painfully skimmed back about 50 pages in the thread, but couldn't find it being posted previously.

As per usual, Balldo feigns disbelief that it's the State's fault for not pursuing and repeating his daughter's positive coke test, so that we will always be left uncertain what truly happened.

Because he is at the front of the line with concern, wanting to clear his name and get to the real truth of the matter.

He, of course, also has the rock solid alibi that a true "drug addict" would never waste any coke on his children.

Edit: Came across a few more, one that was previously posted about the cops/prosecution never asking about his dealer.

Rekieta "type a full paragraph instead of spacing after every point" challenge.

Impossible!

Nick didn't move to Spicer until many years later. Right after college, he was living in the twin cities. Initially in the lakeville area which was very close to Drexel's parents house. I would assume their friendship ended because of work/marriage/lots of babies in Nick's case while Drexel was very single. Drexel at some point was also living outside the twin cities probably in Duluth where he got that woman pregnant.

Interesting experience you had. I went to the comment section just after the video aired, and watched it grow. The comments were heavily negging, sprinkled with smoothies. But as I kept refreshing, over the course of a couple hours while I did other other things and came back to it, I watched the negs vanish, one by one, until it was heavily smoothbrained, as you say. I don't know how Youtube comments work, if mods can do that, or if Viva was doing that himself, but large-upvote negs with dozens of replies were vanishing, one by one. I left a few comments and as of this morning, not a single one remains.

I wonder if the continued existence of some of the neggers are due to a mod losing interest, or Viva losing it, given that most videos seem to gain their views and comments immediately after publishing. Whatever was happening, that comment thread is heavily sanitized today from what it was when fresh.

So much for free speech champion Viva Frei.

I could easily be wrong, or the "drifted apart" thing might have been a production. (I think it came up during the 24hr stream, but I'm not doing the work on that- as you say, it's relatively minor.)

I may be misremembering then! I swore Nick was commuting for his Wells Fargo job from Spicer, but if it was just from a suburb... man what a pussy.

All mainstream social media platforms besides twitter hide mean comments. YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram etc... They all have algorithms to auto hide your comment if it basically isn't squeeky clean. This is why you see absolute insufferable morons saying "ahh" instead of "ass". Because mainstream social media is so horribly neutered now that people have to shout like retarded 3 year olds who don't know words yet in order to truly express how they feel.

Nick Rekeita isn't even bullshitting Nick Rekeita at this point. He might as well be rocking back and forth in a looney bin going "Nicky's daughter never had cocaine. Nicky's an awesome father who takes good care of his children. It's the state who's out to get Nicky..."

Very intriguing and concerning to hear about the heavy moderation and curation of public opinion.

I only ventured into the YT comments early this morning, so most of the alogs were most likely already yeeted.

I also was reviewing comments by "Sort by Newest" to try to get it to show as many shadowbanned comments as possible. So my experience was like biased towards latecomers like myself.

By sorting by New, it was obvious as well that Balldo entered the YT comments section to "correct the record" for only a short time when the video was already 24 hours old.

The five or so comments he replied to were smack in the middle of the chronology, almost all consecutive to each other. He didn't engage with any early or late comments that I could see.

Nick Rekieta exemplifies the exact type of people I absolutely hate the most in this world.

As with all things "Libertarian", its best to understand that their concern with any sort of principle or rights don't extend beyond the government doing things. While they believe that there is a right to "speech" free of government control, most of them believe that individuals or companies or anyone other than the government has the ability to censor whatever they want in whatever way they want to.

If they ever actually got the sort of system they yearn for, most of them would be either reduced to slavery or put up against the wall. In a society where everything is decided by force, most of these people are not likely to be among the winners.

As far as Nick complaining about drug laws, the thing to understand is that the laws in Minnesota are extremely friendly to drug users with their lives and habits under control. The overwhelming majority of those who get in trouble with the drug laws are either (a) selling or (b) addicts who have lost control of their lives.

Nick got arrested because he made bad decisions. Doing livestreams with coke on your nose is a bad decision. Not taking care of your kids, sending them out in dirty clothes and not feeding them properly is a bad decision. Not being able to pay your traffic tickets, getting your house foreclosed on and not paying your property taxes are bad decisions. Turning another guys wife into your live-in coke whore is a bad decision.

Don't blame the laws for your own foolish decisions Nick.
